There were definitely some pros and cons to this place. On the good side, the chicken quesadilla was really solid and I'm glad I chose that. There was also plenty of parking, and the food wait wasn't bad at all for fast casual dining. On the downside, the bathroom was gross, and the side bar didn't have a guard low enough to prevent people from breathing on the communal sides. It also felt very overpriced in my opinion. A side of queso was $1.75 for a tiny container, which I thought was outrageous. I also had to ask for different sour cream because the ones served with our food had green chunks mixed in it, so there was definitely some cross contamination happening. The guac also wasn't flavorful. Overall, I personally wouldn't go back. read more

The food is so fresh and consistent. I love the salsa/toppings bar. Service is always pleasant and fast. Restaunt is clean and tidy. I only wish you were closer or had a location closer. We drive from Mandarin to the Jax beach several times a month for our favorites: chicken burrito and Hawaiian steak in a bowl. Took my mom to Sierra Grille while she was visiting and food was delicious as always. Four stars because service wasn't the best I've had and was kind of rude. Food came out quick, it was busy ish so chalking it up to that. Salsa bar is amazing as always and great environment for a lunch spot. Discrimination and total harassment of customers... My wife and I went to this restaurant on 06/07/2026 around 5:30 pm at ponte vedra location and we lived an outrageous experience. Since we arrived, the three people who were in the box looked us up and down with obvious contempt. All the time, these three employees were laughing at us openly, muttering and making comments behind our backs while looking at us. In addition to this humiliating and racist treatment, they did not give us our purchase receipt, which seems to us a very suspicious tactic to prevent us from leaving a formal report with the transaction number. It is unacceptable for an establishment to allow its staff to meet in a group to harass, mock and make a couple feel discriminated against. I demand that management review the security cameras of the cashier at that time and take severe disciplinary measures with the three employees involved. We will never return. read more

Perfectly grilled steak, juicy shrimp, fresh toppings, and a flavor combo that just works. You could tell everything was made fresh and with care. Lunch with John at Marsh Landing and this was his pick, since I recently was treated to lunch at the Atlantic Blvd location- I knew I could find something yummy! Do NOT forget to check out the specials! I snagged a chicken and mushroom quesadilla that was huge, cheesy and full of flavor! John went with a steak burrito and devoured it completely- which sat in him like a rock after (but that's his fault for not quitting). I will confess, I love the dining room of the second location and the mural art inside and out. This location has a great vibe too, with plenty of art. For 3pm on a Friday- they were busy! Usually this place is amazing. The food is great, taste is awesome. I would just like to summon my inner Karen though for a sec. We went to sierra grill on a Sunday night and I really don't know how it's possible to get every order as wrong as they had it. EXEPT for exactly ONE if the orders, everything was so off. I work in the food industry so I know you can occasionally get it wrong. But whoever made our food redefined wrong lol. It's all good though, usually it's amazing and things like this happen. Paid $14.50 for a shrimp fajita burrito and it was not worth the price. Veggies were gross looking and dare I say soggy from grease. It was very plain otherwise and needed something to give it more flavor. They also tried to give me a burrito with no shrimp at first and after noticing there was no meat after a couple bites had to inform them of the error. The second burrito was not much better. This was a 2 star experience since the service was at least prompt and table we sat at was clean. Gave an extra star because I've had a quesadilla here before that was decent and more appropriately priced. I will be avoiding burritos here in the future. read more

Tonight at 7 pm I dined in the restaurant and a young girl working the register had her phone at the counter. Although no one was in line she was texting on her phone. Quick tex-mex option in pvb/ jax beach. Last week placed an online order to go- website was very easy to use & prices were reasonable for a lot of food. Order was ready in a timely manner and packaged appropriately. Food is somewhat bland- probably why they offer so many free salsas. Tried a taco pizza with shrimp & veggies which I did enjoy. My friend thought her tacos were ok but unfortunately one taco was missing from the order- and yes it was the first taco on the ticket. I've had sierra grille many a time catered to parties. It's a decent option for large groups. pvb doesn't have many food choices so if you want something warm, quick & filling that isnt fried this is a decent option. I love Sierra grill! It's a great local spot and has really healthy options. My favorite is the chicken & broccoli quesadilla, which isn't offered many other places. They also have a salsa bar with some of my favorite items, including pico de gallo, pineapple salsa, and jalapeños, among others. The service is speedy and the people are nice. I visited last night for dinner. I hadn't been to Sierra Grille in a few years due to COVID and wanted to come back. I ordered a chicken burrito to go. Dislike: Dishpan with dirty rags sitting out by the utensils. This was really gross, especially when I saw 2 flies. The salsa bar has never been very clean and this time was no different. All I could think of was how many flies had visited the salsa bar. They have no behind the counter salsa / hot sauce options. The burrito itself has gotten smaller (shrinkflation) and had almost zero chicken. I paid almost $12 for a lettuce burrito. Like: Unfortunately, not much to like here which is the reason for the 2 star review. The taste of the burrito is still the same, but I could make this at home or go to Publix and get a chicken wrap from the deli. read more

Parking is found in the shopping plaza in which this place sits. I walked in and thankfully the line was not long. I didn't know what to order, so I asked the girl at the register to recommend me something. She recommended me the burrito with pineapple. I found the concept intriguing, and went with it. The burrito was pretty good. It was quite tasty. The chips could use some improvement, but I don't really eat chips all that much anyway. Went there for a nice lunch date with my girl, and now im on the way to the hospital after throwing up their Fajita Burrita and blood.

The food is incredible at this location and I've never had an issue with picking up my orders. I always call ahead to save some time because I have a very limited lunch break. Whenever I call ahead, my order is ready and I go to the second line for that says "online order pick up" without issues. Today, was extremely busy and the line was almost out the door. I walked to the line I normally go to and was told I need to wait in the entire line even though my food was ready on the side bagged up. After waiting in line I asked the cashier the managers name and she told me Christine( unsure how to spell it). Her customer service was extremely sub par and rude to be honest and I never like to to leave bad reviews. The rest of the staff has always been lovely. Food 10/10. Note to the owners: have a chat with your manager with how to acclimate to stressful/ busy circumstances and how to treat customers with better service. read more

Sierra Grille is one of the places I missed most when I left Jax for school and was ALWAYS one of my stops when I was home. I have been here probably over 100 times and is consistent every time, no matter what day or time I go. I also often see the same staff which I think says a lot about a restaurant. The place is always clean and the food is quick but long enough that you know they made your food fresh to order. The food is fresh and delicious. I always get the chicken and black bean quesadilla, but have tried a variety of different options and honestly haven't had a single thing that I didn't like. I also love that each quesadilla comes with guac and sour cream (though I sub out the SC for extra guac) and chips as well as access to the salsa bar which has so many options you will find something you love. Their queso is also amazing and you can get a personal side that is the perfect amount for one person. A couple more unique things that they do that really sets them apart. They have fresh squeeze lemonade, limeade, and you can add cherry flavoring. It's refreshing and delightful. Their homemade ranch is also droolworthy. Sierra Grille is something that a lot of people outside of the Beaches don't often know about, but they are truly missing out. All of the people I know that have been there are just as obsessed with this place as I am and everyone I bring loves it too! read more
