After waiting to hear back, I called again and learned that she hadn't gone and we made another appointment. I never heard back form her so I called again, leaving several messages. Finally, and this was at least two weeks of back and forth, she left me a voicemail apologizing that it took so long and quoting a price of $450 "If I still wanted my gutters cleaned". I've had this job done more than a dozen times and the going rate has always been about $150. I'm not sure they ever even looked at this job. I'm sorry but I cannot recommend them.

My insurance carrier declined to continue coverage due to this condition. I contacted Assurance Roofing regarding the issue, but the problem was not corrected. During this process, I verified through state licensing records that Assurance Roofing did not hold an active contractor license. Independent inspectors and my insurance provider confirmed the same issue: improper drainage resulting in water pooling on the roof. All the issues were photographed and sent to Nick; he, unsuccessfully, attempted to fix the issues twice. So, Nick told us that it was getting too cold for the job and he would fix everything in April 2023. We believed Nick and the reputation of the company, and paid the contracted price in full. When we contacted Nick in April, we were told that Nick no longer worked for the company. Then, Joe sent us one of his employees, Stu, who said that he would be able to fix the mistakes from the original painting, but we would need another coat of paint for the deck to look good, We were originally planning to add the second coat in September-October 2023 (the year after the first coat was put on), but since we were told that it was the only way to make our new deck look good, we agreed to do it earlier that planned. We were ready to pay for the second coat, but we expected the company to keep their word and accept the financial responsibility for their mistakes on the initial work. Unfortunately, Joe placed the full financial burden on us, and when we asked not to be charged for the fix of the central area of the top deck, Joe added insult to injury and accused us of "expecting free labor". We expect the company to correct their mistakes and keep their word, NOT charge clients for correcting company mistakes and unprofessional work.

I signed a contract with them to get it completed by a certain date. They never kept in contact as to what day they were actually going to come over and do the roof. They showed up and did the roof part of it, but not the gutter part. I didn't hear from him for over a week a week and already past the contract deadline completion date. I also asked him for a quote to do the entire fascia around the house. I never got one. By this time i just wanted him to complete the project. He finally got ahold of me and explained that he had family issues and that's why it wasn't complete. As a costumer, I don't want to hear about your family issues. You're the owner of the company and have a project manager that works for you. If you don't trust the project manager, why have one. Have him earn his money and reach out to costumers if you can't. I was told serval times that they would be out today to finish the job. They never showed until 2 weeks after the deadline. He stated that we just got the materials to finish the job. Again, not my problem. Communication and customer service should be the first thing that needs to be done if you want the customer to recommend your company to other people looking for any roof repairs. Sorry that I have to write a review about this. The owner is a nice guy, but young. Get your project manager more involved in the company and have him reach out to costumers if things are going to be late or problems arise. If you're looking for a company to not call, communicate, or go over the contract deadline. Then use them. I'll go someplace else.

Unwilling to listen, only yell, talk over me and say (repeatedly) "you need to understand something here". I literally tried to ask something / clarify my understanding and he went into yet another several minute long rant. He was completely condescending and insulting. Treated me with incredible disrespect. Not sure if he is adverse to women, but twice said "there is no need to cry" during phone conversations. [ I was not crying at any point. It is a simple roofing replacement contract... ] He is extremely short tempered and UNPROFESSIONAL. Glenn arrived at my house and before words came out of my mouth said he could tell I was hostile and held up a body cam. I had to have my husband stay home from work because I felt unsafe.
