Called up Hodges and they advised it would be covered under warranty (we've had the house for 8 months). Allen drove across town in the middle of the evening to help us replace it for free. I called he answered. We agreed on a time for him to evaluate the situation. He showed up on time as scheduled. He is friendly but professional. Two minor issues he corrected at that time. Daniel showed up at the agreed upon time. He addressed all the problems. His work was neat and clean. He wore shoe covers in our home. He too was personable, yet professional. He answered all my questions. All the problems were corrected. Good quality work. Reasonable prices. On time. Nice people. If I have electrical problems I call Izzy Electric.

I had to replace my electrical panel which started a process of repair/replacement for most of the plugs and switches in my house. Older house, time on my hands- I can do it!! Turns out sometimes I can't do it and sometimes I need help and this is my absolute go to guy. Friendly, knowledgeable, respectful of covid and all that that means. He came on relatively short notice once and on "ohh damn, when can you come?!" emergency with a "get us to limping" fix that got us to the weekend when we could turn off the house and fix it fix it. Plus he answered my text when I ran into a little problem. Best of all, though, is that he takes the time to teach me how to fix it myself. (Simple things like replacing a plug) He doesn't just say, "it was broken, now it isn't" type of explanation- he takes the time to walk through each thing until I understand the why. Absolutely my go-to electrician.

We called four different places to get estimates, and a timeline of when the hot water heater can be replaced, and most places were WAY over priced and couldn't even have a replacement done until after Christmas. Luckily, Jack was super prompt about calling me back, AND when he came out and gave the estimate (which was extremely reasonable) we said he could have the new hot water heater installed the next day. Skip ahead to today... install went amazingly, and Jack and his crew did such an amazing job that we will be having him replace our other hot water heater in a few months. Eventually we will also have him replace all the electrical outlets in our 50 year old house, and as well as have him resolve some of the issues we are having with our plumbing. I am extremely satisfied with Jack's service, professionalism, friendliness, efficiency, and rates... DEFINITELY our go-to for electrical and plumbing... THANKS, JACK!!!
