Over night service excellent...always used this location for my daughter's choir dress, all the time came out as clean as new.

Sierra Cleaners did a fabulous job on my three wool coats that had not been cleaned for quite some time. I dropped them off and it was on a Saturday midday. They indicated they would be ready by Monday afternoon. Shockingly fast service! When I got busy with some other things, and could not go by and get them, after about three weeks, they gave me a quick courtesy telephone call to alert me that my dry cleaning was completed and ready to be picked up. I thought this was great.very good service, fabulous quality of dry cleaning. They even do alterations here. As one of the few dry cleaning services still available with crown cleaners, closing and Martinizing closing as well, I will be definitely coming back here for my dry cleaning needs. I got my wedding dress and a satin dress cleaned at the same time. They both were white soo idk if they thought it was two wedding dresses. My wedding dress is also a thins satin dress. When she told me how much it was to clean I was taken back because I don't think they would charge a regular gown that price nor did they have prices posted anywhere. But I was desperate so I paid it. They cleaned pressed my wedding dress nicely. My other dress had stains on it from an event but when I got it back the stains were still visible. I was kind of disappointed because that was my court house dress. I didn't see it until I actually took it out of the bag a week later. The ladies working were nice and turn around time was FAST! Terrible service. I went to Sierra Cleaners twice for a simple hemming measurement. The first time, the staff told me they didn't know how to take measurements and asked me to come back. When I returned the next day, they said the manager called off and told me to 'keep calling' to check if they showed up. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time. Won't be returning and will NOT recommend this place to anyone. read more

Found a MUCH better place. They have a sign posted that says next day and they actually honor their own sign. So when I drop my clothes off, I don't have somebody telling me no. No more need for this dump. read more

Me and my spouse have been coming here for a year now and we called earlier today to see if our clothes were ready and the lady who answered said yes when we came to pick up the suits the older lady at the counter was rude and not helpful she told us that some of our order wasn't ready but we had called 2 hours ahead from picking it up and was told differently and when we asked for a manager she chose not to give us the managers number then when we called the other store to ask for it she decided then to call the manager herself. Never coming back here, which is sad because we recommend a lot of people to them but fortunately we all won't be coming back read more

Quality has gone down. And service is worse. I got a suit pressed for a funeral, I informed the gentlemen at the counter the suit was the for the deceased and was met with micro aggression. I was asking for extra services and was interrupted with his biased comment of "we don't do discounts". I did not want a discount. I wanted more services and was planning on paying every penny. I was looking for a new place for my dry cleaning needs, and I think I've found it! Took in a two piece suit and got it back the next day. It was around $13, which I think is super cheap! The jacket had a pocket on it that I needed to open up too; no problem, and no charge (since it was already there and they didn't have to stitch one in)! Wow! What a experience I had here. I took 7 garments in to have cleaned. The man that helped me was polite. He handed me my receipt and I took it to my car. I looked over the receipt....47.00! What! 2 of my items were dresses...short summer dresses...he charged me $10 dollars a piece. I walked back in and asked why so much. His response to me was...What u get it cheaper somewhere else? I said YES. I asked him for his pricing. He got upset with me and said, he's not even the most expensive in the area. So I should be happy to get ripped off or what? Then he said he could give me 10% off or give me my stuff back. Before I could answer he dumped my clothes on the counter. What happened to the polite man? He was so rude and defensive. I just wanted to understand why I was paying such high prices. I took my clothes and said thank you...he went behind his cubby and didn't say a word to me. This place is a joke. He couldn't even provide me with his prices or justify why he charges such high prices for a little dress made of cotton! If you want to over pay....then this is the place for you!
