The service was awfully quite terrible. I paid for what I believed was a dry clean. Mind you I had taken my tech suit in due to the smell of bone fire smoke. I received it with what looks to be oil stains and burn marks .

Over night service excellent...always used this location for my daughter's choir dress, all the time came out as clean as new.

They just lost a customer who has gone there for years. This place used to have great service but it has gone downhill fast.

I'm writing this review simply to share the craziness I experienced when I called to ask a question…read morethis week. Mind you I used to use Club Cleaners for years when I worked full time. That was 7+ years ago. I don't know how people afford what I can only imagine are prices for clothes now. Okay, so I had 10 round white tablecloths that were laundered and all I needed was to have them pressed. I called to ask the price and how long it would take. The response: "$26 and one week for one, for 10 you're looking at close to 2 weeks." Seriously?! Wow. I didn't call around to see if that is the going rate. I just decided to iron them myself.

Young Lady at Register to Invidious Diminutive Fellow: "Should it cost $29 for 4 shirts?" Invidious Diminutive Fellow: "That depends on the shirts." Customer: "It's never cost $7.25 per shirt before." Invidious Diminutive Fellow: "It depends on the shirt." (tone becoming harsher) Invidious Diminutive Fellow inspects the tag and asks Customer, "Did you ask for these to be dry cleaned?" Customer: "No, I did not." Invidious Diminutive Fellow: "Well, they were dry cleaned. Next time you need to ask them not to dry clean them if you don't want them dry cleaned." Customer: "What? I have never had them dry cleaned. Are you going to refund the excess?" Invidious Diminutive Fellow: "No, you got a receipt when you dropped them off." Customer: "What? I did not ask for dry cleaning." Invidious Diminutive Fellow shrugs shoulders, turns back to Customer and walks away.

BEWARE! Horrible service that will lose your items, blame you, and refuse to make the situation…read moreright. They lost some of my items on 2 different occasions. Both times, they tried to claim they never received them. The first time I let it go, mistakes happen right? The second time was with 2 red and white sherpa pillow cases, very hard to lose track of. I spent over 3 weeks checking in every couple of days because they wouldn't get back to me. I asked them to put me in touch with the local team, they refused. I asked them to tell me where they sent my laundry, they refused. They claimed they looked at video footage and were "pretty sure" they never received my items so I asked to see the footage and they refused. Again, they tried to convince me I had misplaced these bright pillow cases somewhere in my house--it was all my fault! After they told me it was my fault for losing the items, they said they would reimburse for "good faith", like they were doing me a favor. Their company policy is to reimburse 60% of value for lost or damaged items. I sent them a receipt showing I had paid over $100 for the set, they offered me $10. I fought back and they offered me $17.99. I asked for an explanation of where they were getting this number as it was no where near 60% of the value of my item, and they showed me some random set of pillow cases they had chosen. It was a completely different brand and material of my items. They said this is what they were basing it on and that $17.99 was as high as they would go. Then they tell me they will only give it as store credit, meaning they will just get the money back anyways!!! I will never be trusting them again and I would warn you to stay away.

So reasonably priced, professional service, and easy to use, we will likely use them even after our w&d gets fixed, just to save us time and energy (and utility costs!).

It's the semi annual bed linen cleaning show. (Ba-dum-bum)…read more In town for a Yelp event, thought I would maximize the drive & location by washing all my bed linen. This place is located next to Marshals in Clovis & down the street from Randy's Donuts. There's a clue right there. I was misinformed by a Yelp review that stated they accept Apple Pay. This does not. Nor does it have an app. This is strictly cash/quarter business so come prepared. There's two other laundromats in the area, but I chose this one based on location. Yah, this place is Hot & busy, but as I'm writing this the two big daddy washers are already done. I was two queen size mattress covers in one & two queen size comforters in one. What's confusing is that there are signs that state use less detergents. Yet, there's one huge sign states use one cup for the large giant ones. So are there three or four different sizes of washer because I did not use a cup for my loads. Read below for washer sizes Now, we are in the drying phase & I have three going at once. Four quarters = 16 minutes. I'm Almost done. Small washers= 2 loads Medium washers = 3 loads Large washers = 4 loads (I used 1 king quilt) Extra Large washers = 6 loads (I used) Giant Washers=8 loads (way in the back) It's hot in here, but people are friendly. There's a bench outside if you want fresh air. They have 3 huge fans, but with the dryers it's a sweatshop in here. There's chairs & countertops to fold your laundry. Here less than 90 minutes & that includes vacuum bagging my linens. Yes, I brought some & a mini vacuum too. Why not, they have the counter space to do it. See you some more on Yelp 2026
