I'm writing this review simply to share the craziness I experienced when I called to ask a question this week. Mind you I used to use Club Cleaners for years when I worked full time. That was 7+ years ago. I don't know how people afford what I can only imagine are prices for clothes now. Okay, so I had 10 round white tablecloths that were laundered and all I needed was to have them pressed. I called to ask the price and how long it would take. The response: "$26 and one week for one, for 10 you're looking at close to 2 weeks." Seriously?! Wow. I didn't call around to see if that is the going rate. Customer: "It's never cost $7.25 per shirt before." Invidious Diminutive Fellow: "It depends on the shirt." (tone becoming harsher) Invidious Diminutive Fellow inspects the tag and asks Customer, "Did you ask for these to be dry cleaned?" Customer: "No, I did not." Invidious Diminutive Fellow: "Well, they were dry cleaned. Next time you need to ask them not to dry clean them if you don't want them dry cleaned." Customer: "What? I have never had them dry cleaned. Are you going to refund the excess?" Invidious Diminutive Fellow: "No, you got a receipt when you dropped them off." Customer: "What? I did not ask for dry cleaning." Invidious Diminutive Fellow shrugs shoulders, turns back to Customer and walks away. read more

They have terrible service here. I checked in on yelp, which triggered a 20% first time coupon, and the woman at the counter wouldn't honor it. She kept saying she's never seen it or heard of it. I pointed to the yelp signs that they literally have posted up, saying they obviously have a relationship with yelp. And then repeated that she's never seen it, doesn't think they accept them, and just doesn't know. At this point I asked her to contact her manager, which she finally did. And they ended up not honoring the coupon. This is my first time here, but they were just so unkind, rude, and frankly unprofessional. There was no customer service, and I don't understand how they have so many stars? I hardly ever leave such negative reviews, but this place was really shocking. Go to a friendlier place! Edit to add that I wouldn't have minded at all if they said they wouldn't be able to honor the coupon and I could use it at my next visit. My complaint comes from how I was treated. How disbelieving the woman was, how she doubted if the coupon was legitimate, and how instead of trying to help me find resolution such as offering to call the manager, she just repeated iterations of "I don't know" and "I've never seen that before." There was no apology, no helpfulness, no kindness. I don't think I'll ever come back. read more

Went in very last minute (Friday) to get my husbands suit cleaned for a Christmas Party on the next day. At first was told it would take until Monday to get it cleaned and pressed (I figured) and was going to deal with the consequences they told me they would get it done the same day! This cleaner has ruined three of my shirts and will not take accountability. Plus when I went in to talk to someone in charge I spoke to a Carl and left my business card to have the owner contact me. My last dry cleaner closed as a result of COVID-19. This cleaner is a huge upgrade from previous experiences. The clothes are cleaned on site. The promised the clothes would be ready the next day. I was late in picking up the clothes. The staff was very friendly during the drop off and pick up. My entire time interacting with the staff was shorter than this review. I called with a complaint because I just got a few new shirts from Mens Warehouse and I took them here to get dry cleaned. I made sure before I dropped them off that they were no stains. When I picked them up and got home I noticed one had stains on the front and back of one of the shirts. I called upset and the guy working up front had no customer service. Pretty much told me theirs nothing they can do even tho they caused the stain. I decided to take my business to the cleaners on Cedar and Nees. Much better customer service, it's much farther for me but worth it for better service! I would t recommend this place to anyone. read more

I had a horrible experience here. They basically ruined my dress and owned no accountability. I brought a nice black business dress here to have cleaned and got it back with brownish large stains on the front and back. I know for a fact that I did not have these discolorations on my dress when I took it in. I evaluate my clothes before I throw them in the blue bag, any stains that stick out I bring to their attention. So when I brought it back, who I think is the manager not the owner was very disrespectful, unprofessional, and very defensive. He told me right away, that it was due to my sweat. That's right, he suggested that my sweat caused these nasty discoloration's to my dress. I have never had that experience on any of my clothing. I have an adult son, who wears plenty of black clothing, and none of his clothes have ever look like this. I even talk to my doctor friend on the science on that and he said, unless you're sweating bleach with the big capital NO!. It is so insulting that he can just throw that out. I have never had an article of my clothing damaged like this at any dry cleaning business. Anyways, he then said he will do a redo. He could've just said that in the beginning instead of being defensive and rude. I said, OK, hoping that they would fix this and I did not feel good about leaving that dress or another one behind, but I figured I would give them a chance. I said thank you. The guy said nothing back. In my profession I deal with customer service as and I would never treat any of my customers like that! When I came back the same person was there and I asked were you able to get the stain out? He said no and he checked with the owner and the owner said it was caused by sweat. The owner doesn't even have the decency to call me and have a conversation. I have been going to to this dry cleaning business since about when Covid started,when Regency closed down. I didn't have any issues until now, and it was that one experience,especially the person I dealt with attitude alone, to earn this rating! It is well deserved. Obviously, this place does not know how to handle concerns or complaints. I can see that with the other ratings and that particular person's rude responses. I took a jacket in to have the sleeves hemmed. The seamstress was not on site. I was told due to Covid restrictions. They then proceeded to ask ME for the measurements. Ummm...pretty sure that's why we came to you. I had to estimate myself the measurements. I was called a week later to pick up the coat. I was in shock when they told me my tab was $70 for a simple sleeve hem. They also cleaned the jacket when that service was not requested. The coat was brand new and not in need of cleaning. The price they charged was outrageous. I do not recommend this establishment. I WAS NOT GIVEN A QUOTE AT ANY POINT!!! Do you really think I would have willingly you rip me off!!! The audacity to refer to a PAYING customer as "petty" is more telling of you and how you do business than me. If you feel as stated...why bother to apologize? Your response to my experience says it all!!! read more

I rarely utilize dry cleaners but we have two off white sheepskin rugs that were getting pretty dirty (dog stains included). They made them look brand new! Service was excellent and both men I interacted with there were very nice. I would use them again in a heartbeat. read more

Went to this cleaners because of the location and the reviews here on yelp. First thing I was greeted in the app was with a coupon since I was a first time customer, which was fantastic since I was getting 2 jackets cleaned. The employees here were friendly, fast and efficient. I was told that my jackets would be ready the next day, which was great for me since it was getting cold out and these were my husband's jackets. I also liked how the receipt that I was handed had the price of the service, which was helpful for me. When I went back the next day, the jackets were ready and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I will definitely be back to get my clothes dry cleaned here in the future. read more

My husband and I take his laundry into this place every other week and spend at least $60-75 each time. I asked about coupons or military/law enforcement discounts. They said they don't offer any discounts at all! I went in today and asked if I could have the prices for garments and the attendant acted very annoyed by having to provide me that information. I felt rushed with every further question I asked him. I was trying to determine whether or not I was going to continue taking my laundry here. They made my decision very easy! On 1/17/18 I took I'm my royal blue dress shirt and a grey vest. The shirt was dirt from neck normal nothing exaggerated. I asked for that part to look clean nothing else was wrong with my shirt or vest. Well first they told me it would be ready by 2:00 pm since I paid for rush cleaning. Well when I went to pick up they only rushed done item and couldn't find the other. Finally when they called me to pick up at 4:00pm I saw they neck on shirt and it was faded. This is a week old shirt. I asked why it was faded they said. Because of my sweat faded the shirt. Look at picture. What ever they did screwed up the color. Never again read more
