Do NOT come here!!! This place is a scam. I paid $5 to get my coat dry cleaned 2 months ago here, but now they charged me $15 without telling me. They were late getting my dry cleaning to me and kept telling me different days when it would be ready. There's a huge advantage to a cleaners that has their own equipment. They can control when it gets used. I know that seems obvious. In my journey to find a dry cleaner business, prices are close. But, if you want to get your stuff back without any issues, you must look past the counter to look for equipment. If it's not there, the clothes are picked up and then brought back to the store when they are done. This adds at minimum a day to the turnaround time. I didn't have any problems with that until the prices when up at a competitor. I started to shop around and this cleaner has the staff, and has the equipment in house. Turnaround time is often less than I expect, and they have it ready, as promised. Several times now, I have brought clothes that had stains I could not get out at home. Each time the stains were gone, and there was no additional time to get the clothes done. So far, I have been pretty happy with the service. read more

Outstanding service. I almost ruined my friends wedding by almost forgetting the suit at their location. I was able to get to their location at exactly 6:00 PM (that's when they closed). I dropped off a white fur sweater on Saturday. Was told it will done by Monday. Comes by Tuesday to pick it up and after some confused look on the employee's face, she goes "so it looks like they're holding it until tomorrow (Wednesday) but it doesn't say why. Can you come by tomorrow instead?" I couldn't. I was leaving town(I was visiting family) and won't be back for a couple months so she goes to find my sweater. After she found it, she tells me "so it looks like they didn't clean it yet because they didn't have a large enough load of whites. They can't run the cleaner unless if there's 50 pounds and yours was the only light colored clothing we got." UHM. OK????? I'm disappointed. How are you gonna run a business if you don't do they business you're running. They had THREE FULL DAYS to clean my sweater. I wanted to give them a chance dispute the reviews but I'm genuinely disappointed. Only good thing was that the employee was nice. that's where the two stars came from. read more

Picked up my down comforter today and it was completely dirty. Big stain on it and it still smelled like dust. It was like they just folded and stuffed it in a plastic bag. And I paid 30.00 I guess for a that.... don't go here super untrustworthy! read more

It was difficult to find good reviews for a dry cleaner in the Clovis area. I found a cleaner close to home and decided to give them a try. I just moved from the bay area and had to find a dry cleaner for my fiance's work suits. I am not very picky about service; as long as it's clean and undamaged, I am happy. The owner made it known if at any point I have any concerns, I should address it with him and he'll work with me to make sure I'm satisfied with the service. I haven't required rush cleaning as we have multiple suits on hand, so I wouldn't know about their quickness; but they have consistently had his suit ready by the end of the following day, which, by bay area standards, is pretty good. So far, everything is going well. Very nice staff, even when they are busy, and the prices are affordable. read more

I have been a customer for over seven years. I recently picked up some shirts for press only, and they looked like they had not even ironed them and put them on the hanger. I paid for the shirts, and expressed my displeasure. I thought I would give them one more try. This time they looked terrible again. They looked like they had been slept in. The excuse that I got this time was that the girls working there were tired, and this was the best they could do. I said that I would pay for the shirts, but I will not be back. I also offered for the owner, Amy, to call me as I'd been a loyal customer for seven years. They said no, that is not necessary, and there is a lot going on behind the scenes. read more

My wife and I have used Club Cleaners for over 5 years and I have had enough of this place. They regularly disappoint. They advertise "same day" in by 9 am and out 5 pm...of course unless they decide their too busy then forget the promise. I think they call that "False Advertising". One of the last times I went to pick up clothes the young while looking at my clothes on the turnstile said "sorry nothing here". Luckily I immediately recognized my own dry cleaning. I must also have bad timing because I seem to go in when the "zero personality" employee is working. Poor young lady definitely needs to find another job where she can be happier. The owner is pleasant but Sorry does not make up the the overall experience that unfortunately does not show any signs of improvement. Picked up my drying cleaning the girl was really nice and helpful. I had 32 shirts 20 pairs pants, a Lil hard to carry out to the car. I didn't even ask and she was right there behind me with my purse and keys so i wouldn't have to make another trip inside. Very thoughtful. read more

When I went into the cleaners, I was greeted with warm friendly faces. The owner Amy was pleasant to talk to and the prices are more than fair. The employee katelyn, was also pleasant to talk too. She helped me right away and got me on my way to work within no time with leaving me with reassurance that I would have my clothes cleaned and ready the very next day. read more

I dropped off 2 jackets but accidentally left my back of hidden good jewelry in the pocket. I called to speak with John (the counter clerk) but the owner answered. I explained asking him to take a look but he wouldn't. He said he would have John call but of course I received no phone call and when I picked up my jackets all that was left in the pocket was a little gold chain. I lost everything and they wouldn't even take the time to talk with the employees, look in the jacket pocket or check the machines and floors. As far as I'm concerned they stole from me or they would have helped me. I'm saddened by the lack of humanity in this business. After years of patronage I will no longer do business with them and hope you do not either. read more

I took my wedding dress in to be preserved and cleaned. My cat had peed on it and I thought it was ruined. I called 3 places before having Club Cleaners say they could fix it. They promised it in two weeks, but was days early! Not only that, I had been doing some research thinking having my dress preserved would cost $200 and up. To my wonderful surprise, it was $175 and my dress was done early? Yes, please! They were courteous, packaged my dress well, and they would be my go to dry cleaners and I live in Selma! When I got there with a huge pile of suits, the girl asked me how many I had. I said, "I don't know, aren't you supposed to sort them and count them?" She huffed and very slowly checked me in giving me three claim tickets which didn't seem right. I ended up paying over $150 to have my suits cleaned. When I came to pick my stuff up, well after the time it was supposed to be ready, it wasn't ready. Then they told me that one of my suit's fabric bled and was ruined. They said they were, "still trying to fix it" and would call me. It's been 2 weeks and they've never called or even offered any solution. The Club Cleaners on Tollhouse and Armstrong is much better! read more
