The staff are so very kind and welcoming, warm and friendly, always ready to help and they make sure the laundromat is always clean. And around holidays Maria puts up holiday themed decorations here and there, adding a friendly atmosphere. All of the staff are kind. Two staff members whose names I have learned, Maria and Eva, are always ready to help whatever the need is. They each beam out a beautiful light! Eva was so very kind one night when I was dealing with an unpleasant experience due to the previous user's use of a machine. I will remember her kindness and the kindness of Maria, every time I come in. I highly recommend this laundromat. read more

I work in the same parking lot as the Shaw/Villa location. Ive done laundry here several times in the 7 yrs Ive lived in Clovis. Never a bad experience. The facility is always clean or being kept clean while Im there. That alone makes me happy! There are bigger laundromats byt none that are kept as clean. I come here now to do my bedding once a month and I have a lot to do so I appreciate the larger machines. Thanx for keeping a clean and pleasant facility Also... The washers/dryers have never had an unpleasant.odor like other facilities Ive been to. I pay attention to the little things. The tv station, the music playing over the system the clean trashcans (inside bldg), and the fact that the counters/tables/chairs are qiped down all the time. It was like every ti.e Id turn arpund...someone was sweeping, mopping, or wiping down something. Nice to know people take pride in where they work. It doesnt just reflect the company as a whole, but also the employees responsible for the daily physical appearance of the bldg. Again I say... I don't typically go to the laundromats, but I got a new bed set and would have preferred washing it in a bigger washing machine. There are a variety of machines to choose from based on the load. I used a 6x load and washed my entire set(3 small pillows, the comforter and sheets) it was $7.50. The biggest load is 8x and is $9. It took 25 minutes for my wash to finish. I think there may be only 2 dryer sizes and they're .25 for 6 minutes. This place is really clean and spacious so everyone was spaced out and not crowded at all. read more

I have not been here in a couple of months. I like the extra large washers and dryer's to do my comforters. This is the first time going on a Saturday morning. I have gone here in the past, usually during the week and it's always been kept clean and someone is there wiping the dryers and washers, not this time. I was there early in the morning around 8:30 am. Whoever is the Friday evening help or either the Saturday morning help, should have had the trash on the floors picked up and cleaned. The owner needs to check on the person closing and the one opening on Saturday's. read more

WHERE DO I BEGIN... about a year ago I posted a negative review. The machines were always stealing coins. The guy who retrieves the coins from the machine has no sense of personal space. The machine you get quarters from didn't give me $1 worth of quarters. The app, double charged me for whatever reason.. $15. I finally had enough and posted a review on Yelp. The owner called me. Basically saying he would return my money if I took down my review. I reluctantly agreed. I went back recently because it's close to my home and I'm a single mama of two kids. I was able to get a free moment to do laundry. I decided to go back. Big mistake. I put in a $20 to get quarters and it took my cash. I immediately called the owner. I waited 45 min for his "maintenance guy" ( who turns out to be the creepy coin collector guy)He gave me credit and my cash back. At that point I had put a order in for breakfast and coffee.. I waited 45 min and my meal was cold. I had told him this was unacceptable. And I would appreciate a discounted service on the 'fluff and fold'. I explained that I'm a single mother. And would appreciate not a free service. But discounted.. the owner flat out told me to go elsewhere. I have text messages.. point is.. don't go here.. they steal your money.. it's hot as hell.. and there is never anyone there to help with the thief's machines. Lately as of today the place is not well maintained there puffs balls almost every where and lots of finger prints on the glass screens. I might have to look for another place because some of the dryers too aren't working that well and not being maintained properly. read more

Whenever I my home washer or dryer breaks down, this is my go to place. It's not the closest or most convenient, but it is by far the cleanest and I can always get a machine and get my laundry done quickly (faster than when I do it at home for sure). read more

I wash my clothing here weekly and for the past few weeks I've noticed an influx of homeless just camping out inside on the benches. Today a homeless person was in the restroom over an hour when he walked out the floors were covered in water. I assume he was bathing. I think the owners should have an employee monitoring this. I like using this place but it's getting worse and multiple people have noticed. For the most part when no loitering is going on it's a decent place to wash your clothes. I like that you can use the app to run the machines. Thank you for staying open during this crazy time but please monitor the homeless situation. read more

This laundromat is clean, large and has a working change machine. The few places I've been to always don't work. Starbucks and Walmart nearby if you want to shop or get a drink. Machines and dryers work very well. read more

I've used this location for over 20 years. It was great when it first opened, but it got pretty run down after a few years. I'm excited to see that its remodeled, updated, and as clean as it once was. I'm especially impressed with the variety of large load washers, cleanliness of the whole laundromat, and that there's plenty of wheeled baskets for everyone. I will be returning even after I buy my own washer and dryer to launder my comforters, rugs, sleeping bags, and curtains. If PG&E keeps going up I'll continue doing all of my laundry there. read more

I went about a week back. March of 2022. I washed my clothes and blankets and each cycle it didn't wash correctly. It left soap residue on them. So I put another round of money and it was the same thing. My dumb self washed more loads thinking maybe too much clothes or not enough. So I washed more loads in them and it was the same thing. So another person there stopped me from wasting more money and said I can call the number and they can remote start it. So I did that and the guy was ok at that time but as soon as I called again and let him know the issues I was having he started getting annoyed with me. Then I just left it and dried what I can to re wash elsewhere since carrying wet clothes on my own was not something I can do alone with how heavy they get. So I put my clothes in dryer put 14 quarters since only putting in less than that it will never completely dry. So I again call him and say it's me again, your dryer won't turn on and told him how many quarters I put in and again was annoyed by my call and this time rude. So he said he will start another dryer for me to just pick one. So I did and told him the number. I waited maybe 5 mins and nothing was happening, so I again call him and say nothings turning on and he goes I'll try now and yes it started it BUT not for the same amount I put in. At this point it was pointless to talk with him. So a day later a lady text me asking if I wanted a refund for the dryer which was only a couple dollars and I explained that I had to re wash 5 loads because of the soap residue and that I would like a refund since there washers didn't wash correctly and I had to waste more money elsewhere to get the job done right and she completely ignored my request and never messaged me back. So here I am writing this review. I'd happily take it down once they refund me the money for their bad washers that day. I wasted my time, gas, soap and money just to go spend more else where. That's ridiculous. Never had a problem before but this time someone must have washed wrong prior to me or they haven't cleaned their washers. I hope they make this right. Let's see. Machines work well. Easy to use, but the directions are easy to find and read/ understand. I usually go around 2:30 PM on various days of the week. It's normally not busy around that time. It's usually clean- EXCEPT THE BATHROOM! No employees to be found though. Only complaint is about the actual laundry is that the drivers don't tell you how much it costs until you start putting money in. read more
