It was the equivalent of a small vial pool chemical test. Which is fine. But it's a drop of this. A drop of that. It did not seem like the most scientific water evaluation. All that said, Steve was friendly, seemed honest enough and his pricing was moderately more competitive. We were not interested in a system that requires salt. This company provides a solution that's straight forward, low / no maintenance (it flushes itself) and will last a good amount of time hopefully. We moved forward with Steve. His son Dalton did the installation a week later. All went well with the installation. So far we have not used the system a great deal but we are encouraged by what we have noticed so far. Based on the up front experiences and process so far we would recommend this company to others for consideration. All said

I left them with the materials for Angel to use if needed. They finished, and the tool was n nowhere. I asked Angel if he had them, he said he did and would return them. He never did. I asked him 2 other times, said he would. Nope. Now he denies he ever took them. I also discovered they were going in my barn without any reason to, and I found In missing other things as well. I feel horrible writing this, but, the only people here were Angel, his dad, and their helper John. So no mistake. I Always close the doors to where they touch. Keep snakes out. The doors were open about 3" and they were finishing up. Confronting a thief, of course they'll never admit to you. But, Angel had already told me he had the notchers. Now suddenly, he never did. I paid almost $300. for them. And he just took them. If you hire these guys, don't turn your back. And lock your tools up, lock your garage, and lock your barn too. If you think you can trust them, you'll regret it. They also left without telling me they were done, and hauled off every unused extra bag of cement I paid for, sent helper John back to collect a check. I highly recommend you NOT hire Feather hill. Looks like a home, and barn security system should have been installed first. SMH
