    Padre e Figlio

This lovely little restaurant was a perfect spot to enjoy dinner on a work trip. The ambiance was very calm, dark, yet inviting. The staff was very attentive and friendly. I wanted to love this place, but sadly my entree lacked flavor and I had to add salt and pepper, which is not common for me to do. I had the Padre e Figlio which was Pappardelle pasta with mushrooms and garlic. The pasta appeared homemade and the ingredients were fresh- so I was thrown off by how bland it was. I will definitely give it another go and try something different next time- maybe a pizza.

We had a work party here and I started with the Raspberry Lemon Drop for a drink and then just had them keep coming as it was delish. I then got the calamari for an app. It was fresh fried to perfections and not rubbery at all. My main course was the veal parm, this also was excellent. So much food that I was able to take half home and have later in the week. If your ever in Mashpee and are craving Italian this is the place to go. The staff is attentive and very friendly and professional. AND the food THE FOOD !!!

We went here recently for our anniversary. The atmosphere was very nice and our waitress was amazing. So personable and very attentive. The food was just ok to me. I had halibut with farro and it was dry and boring. My husband had a bolognese and it was dry and boring. My daughters both had pasta with vodka sauce. They both liked theirs. The bread was good and the drinks were good. I'd give them a second chance.

We were staying in nearby Cotuit and picked a random restaurant for dinner. We couldn't have made a better choice. Everything from the service, food, drinks, and atmosphere were fantastic. Jess and Ben were both very gracious and welcoming. The cocktail list was interesting and creative, and all of our food was delicious. We will certainly be making Siena a regular routine whenever we are in the area.

My roommate group had dinner at Siena tonight. It was great! We had two appetizers, grilled artichokes and roasted Brussel sprouts. For main courses we had penne putsnesco, pasta Bolognese, and eggplant parmigiana. The eggplant was delicious! Service was great.

    Where do you park?

Parking is located behind the restaurant or you can park near Panera bread and walk over. A few restaurants in the Mashpee Commons you have to park and walk to but it's easily accessible.

This was a gracious gesture on their part. We will certainly consider giving them a try in the future, but will probably be dine-in to avoid surprises.

From the moment we walked in, it felt like we'd stepped into a cozy coastal trattoria where every table was buzzing with happy diners and the scent of garlic, herbs, and baked bread wrapped around you like a warm hug. Let's start with the food because wow. We ordered a mix of classics and house specialties, and every single bite was a love letter to Italian cooking. The pasta was perfectly al dente, the sauces were rich and layered, and the seafood? So fresh it could've swum to the table. My entree, the seafood risotto, was the kind of dish that makes you pause mid-bite just to appreciate how ridiculously good it is. I'm not proud of how quickly I cleaned my plate, but I have no regrets. The staff was friendly, attentive without hovering, and clearly proud of what they do (as they should be!). And the setting? Comfortable, a little upscale, but still relaxed enough that you can lean back, sip your wine, and stay awhile. Which we did. This is the kind of place that sticks with you not just because of the food, but because of the feeling it gives you. It's hospitality with heart, and it absolutely earned a spot on my "must return" list for next year's Cape escape. #SopranosRestaurante #FalmouthEats #CapeCodDining #ItalianDoneRight #PastaPerfection #SeafoodAndSass #WillBeBack #FoodieFavorites #ItsTheLittleThings #PuddingCreekTrestle

I had read the mixed reviews and as I…read moreconsider reviews of myself and those I sat next to I definitely see why reviews are so mixed because even we received different experiences! So to start I must say that macadamia encrusted salmon was phenomenal and in it alone 5 stars easily! Absolutely delicious! I'm serious! INCREDIBLe in taste - portion - presentation! The bread appetizer is highly critiqued for being a purchased item at an Italian restaurant, but the dipping oils with garlic and roasted pepper never comes with free bread apps that I've seen so again easy five stars!!! I'll add pics - it's impressive! Then, what else to review - it's our 34th wedding anniversary and we're not high maintenance so when we book and we're asked about occasion, but never celebrated I'm ok with that, but why ask then? We don't typically order dessert, but 34 years seemed like we should so we got carrot cake and it was great. With the big portions they serve not necessary, but if you're a dessert person go for it! When we scheduled reservation the restaurant was full, so we booked bar seating and loved the vibe sitting next to locals watching Red Sox play. Everyone was friendly and gave great suggestions for us for remainder of our stay. All of that said I must give the place a five with all those low reviews, but in true transparency what wasn't a five: When we arrived on time for reservation the sweet hostess apologized it would be a little while. We were seated approx 15 min later at the bar that had about 9 seats open, and four bar workers in and out yet 15 minutes would go by before anyone acknowledged us. Yet, one bartender who seemingly was in charge of restaurant alcohol orders was bantering with a male patron and explained him across the way how the chef/owner is done and looking to sale if he can find right buyer. Eventually an Italian speaking bartender gave us menus and apologized she was behind. We eventually ordered drinks and much later lobster ravioli we had heard raves about (but now an hour in and told sold out) but drinks good and we pivoted to Marsala and salmon, but a party of four was brought in to the bar and seated with empty dishes and glasses from previous patrons which seemed odd. Another waitress came by from restaurant and extremely short almost chastising the hostess and another waitress gave me an apologetic look as we both recognized I didn't need to hear that. Food took awhile but we're on vacation and enjoyed the atmosphere. I have zero regrets eating here and loved loved loved my meal, the historic building, sweet bartender (who needed some support or busier as the bar filled fast), and vibe of that bar surrounded by locals, and I'm from Utah only here for a weekend so that says a lot.

We ordered clams casino (small with little flavor), they were out of calamari (what??!!) so we went with oysters Rockefeller (also small And tasteless). Not only was the veal Parmesan the worst I have ever had. I wasn't sure they actually used veal. It was astounding how they got so much breading on it! Lastly, tiramisu (just okay) and the worst bananas foster ever. Served with some kind of banana bread, a tiny scoop of ice cream and none of the classic flavors one expects. And for all that (plus 4 other meals not worthy of reviewing) for the bargain price of $348 plus tip. For a over $400 dinner there are too many restaurants to try - just not this one.

I had been working with Aja for about 10 months before my wedding and she had made the process as easy as it can possibly be. She assured me that her staff members were very professional and able to decorate the venue in a way I would love. I would recommend working with her again! We had our ceremony on the beach and it was set up like something out of a fairytale. We were blessed to have a beautiful day without any clouds in the sky, but even if it wasn't perfect weather, the ceremony was gorgeous either way. I am very meticulous and I did leave detailed instructions for her staff to follow and they followed it to an absolute t. I have confidence that even if I didn't leave instructions, the venue would've been set up nearly perfect. The food at our wedding was delicious, we had steak tips and chicken piccata. The appetizers were great, although I didn't get to try all of them because we had to take pictures. My only complaint is that I wasn't able to help set up the venue the night before my wedding. That would have eased a lot of my nerves, but nonetheless, her staff did a phenomenal job making the venue stunning!

Our food was marginal-corn chowder/shrimp casserole however, the burger was good- and all probably priced an extra 25% higher due to the location. Definitely a seaside vibe as drinks served in plastic cups and , at least in our case, our server was apparently fresh out of school, somewhat inexperienced and distracted with the number of tables she had to service. We are "year rounders" and have seen the transition of this establishment from the original Casino/Wharf since 1976. Again, the view/location for the beach scene is great but for food/pricing- there are better choices in Falmouth.

Busy but easy to talk to the person across from you. The fountain noise added to the pleasant ambience. We had a special of shrimp and pesto with pasta and a plate of the bolognese. The sauce is really loaded with flavor, with some surprises, like rosemary. Just SO good. Although a little tricky with the large tag pasta. But that's irrelevant. We then went with the Neapolitan cheesecake. Even though I'm a cheesecake snob, I've never seen a cheesecake made with three layers like this: plain, strawberry and chocolate. At first I wasn't sure, as there's a lot of flavors going on, especially with the added chocolate sauce and (delicious) fresh whipped cream. Very creamy. Perfect! We'd absolutely go back.
