Great communications. Not sure if he's still in business but I wish he is. Great honest. Not money hungry. Enviable

Dave claimed that he would have the light fixed and call me back. I call four days later, they hadn't gotten to it. A few days later, it's in the shop. A week later, they're very busy and will get to it soon and call me. Two weeks later NOTHING.....Inadvertently, he did me a favor....I got a much better deal on a similar bike elsewhere.

The unit looked in good condition and the salesperson would not accept any offer other than a full price offer. Since these mowers are in short supply, I finally offered the full price providing Wengers would include the three-point hitch step pins that were missing from the mower. The salesperson got a step-pin to check to see if the pin would fit. In checking if the pin would fit we found out that mechanical breakaway link was damaged. The salesperson said he would look into it a get back to me. After 6 days and no response from salesperson I checked Wenger's website to find out that they raised the price of the flail mower $400. After sending an email, Wengers did call me, but did not offer to fix the mower, instead I should buy the mower as-is and fix it myself after it was to be in good condition. With the damaged mechanical breakaway you can't even test operate the mower for operation, like buying a used car and towing it off the lot.
