For a pharmacy, you'd think filling prescriptions would be their basic duty--yet somehow, it's a monumental task for them. They have ONE job, and they can't even manage that. The customer service is awful, and their fax machine might as well be on another planet. Every time I called, I was met with 'Let me check if we got your Rx,' followed by 10 minutes on hold. They require constant follow-up and take weeks to fill a compounding prescription. Avoid this place at all costs--I'd rather pay extra than deal with this level of incompetence again. read more

Taping Bubble packs because you messed up and ripped the paper backing? Are you kidding me? Bubble packs are suppose to be EASY for people to get to their meds. I have to use a KNIFE to cut the damn tape! Talk about endangering your clients! read more

A debacle of Pharmacy. I have received service here and it is not a quality establishment. They messed up my information and appointment on multiple occasions and even scheduled me for the wrong service. Their explanation was that they gave the info to third party who messed up. My wife and I have been customer's of Sid's for decades. The person who does the compounding is not there full time, but comes in when there are enough orders to make the trip worthwhile. That can be anywhere from one to two weeks. They are the only ones in the area that do compounding and we greatly appreciate the service. My wife and I have never had trouble picking up each other's prescriptions, never. Power's of attorney are dubious at best because you, the clerk at the counter, cannot check their authenticity. Some medications must be signed for by law, such as some pain killers, and a power of attorney would make me nervous, especially in that situation. Claiming the employee who said they had the breast pump part was lying without any evidence comes awfully close to bearing false witness, and WOW, you had to drive a whole six miles to Pullman from Moscow. read more

I am absolutely blown away by the service provided by Will, one of the pharmacists at Sid's. He was very thorough in explaining my daughter's medication and dosage. He was concerned that the medication could be awfully hard on her little body and recommended a supplement to go along with the medication and was adamant that I give him a call should I have any questions. I have needed to call him twice since she was prescribed the medication and he not only remembered exactly what we had talked about before but offered solutions. On the flip side, while the pharmacist is great I don't know that I would say the same about the support staff. We live about an hour from town and I had to go in twice to get exactly what was needed. I will say this though... my daughter's medication was prescribed a bit differently than it normally is so I wasn't too upset about having to drive in twice. Overall I'm very happy with the service Sid's provides. I will continue to pick up medications from here. read more

I usually don't write reviews and this one is late in coming but I felt compelled to write this after reading some of these other negative reviews. I am local, have lived here most of my life. Everyone in my family uses Sids, and has been since I was a kid, including me. However, about 10 years ago I had a negative experience with an employee there and so I changed pharmacies. Then a few years later my cat needed a compounded prescription and the vet told me to go to Sids. I didn't think they would even serve me after switching pharmacies but they were very friendly and happily compounded my cat's meds. Fast forward to COVID during vaccination time. The pharmacy I had switched to had gone down the tubes in that they didn't have enough staff to fill prescriptions and do COVID shots at the same time and I got real sick of the lousy service and after much consideration I decided to go back to Sids. They were so nice and worked so hard trying to get all of my prescriptions transferred. Despite the mess that the other pharmacy dumped into the laps of the staff at Sids, they diligently did everything that needed to be done. Everyone welcomed me back, especially Dixie the technician. She spent so much time and energy getting everything transferred over and filled. This was about six months ago and I have had exceptional service since then, from everyone there and I want to personally thank the staff for the warm reception and great service. This pharmacy is the best in town. I can say that from my own experiences with others. read more

I called the geniuses at Sid's to make sure they had a particular part in stock for my wife's breast pump. We live in Moscow, so I wanted to make sure she didn't waste a trip. The woman who helped me said they did have the part and that they would set it aside so my wife could pick it up at the counter that afternoon. Well, when she got there, she was told that they had just sold the part she was looking for that morning, and it was the only one in stock. My guess is the woman I spoke to on the phone just assumed that they had what we needed without checking, and then when my wife went to pick it up, they flat-out lied about somebody else just coincidentally coming in to buy the same, infrequently needed part that very morning. What clowns. I would give zero stars if possible. Shop there at your own risk, or better yet, not at all. read more

When I got out of surgery and came to get my prescription, the people at this pharmacy were really rude. I think that it is a good deal that they compound medicines, and unfortunately I don't know of another pharmacy that does that in Pullman. After surgery I had to wait 30 min for them to fill my prescription when they had it the day before. Then the tech said that my insurance card didn't work and had been expired 7 months. I said "It does too work, I just had surgery." by this point I had become a little bit agitated, but that's all I said. Then the manager came and said "If you are going to sware at my people, you don't need to come back." He charged the full amount to my card without any explanation and gave me the prescription. read more

These folks were amazingly friendly and helpful. They were able to deliver to my WSU student on campus in snowy weather the same day the prescription was called in and worked with me to get the insurance information processed. They deliver for a very small upcharge!! I would use them again!!! read more

This place is the worst. Every time I tried to fill my compounded prescription I had to wait two weeks for the pharmacist to make it. The last compound I filled the compounding pharmacist personally came out of her office to call me a liar and ignore me. Now I travel 40 miles and pay twice as much to avoid this place. Maybe if I was one of the Good Ole Boys I may have been treated different. read more

I've gotten good service from the guy that works the prescription drop-off, but the lady that works the register, and I'm assuming the last person to answer the phone has been blatantly rude, and was seriously pissed off when I called to talk to someone to refill my inhaler prescriptions, usually I throw the information on them away, cause they don't wrap inhaler's with the prescriptions anymore, and its much easier to just call, so I couldn't just read the script to the automated system, and I like talking to a human being. But apparently, one of the ladies that works there doesn't seem to like that. Once I refill these current prescriptions, I will gladly take my business elsewhere. read more

I have been using this pharmacy ever since I moved to Pullman 21 years ago. Always fast, detailed info about your medicine, always pleasant. And you can get your vaccines there also. And they send you a text when your prescription is ready. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else!!! I had the exact opposite experience of the other reviewer. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. My prescription was filled quickly (within 10 minutes, no advance notice). Two days after my visit, I received a nice, personally-signed thank you letter from the owner. Another benefit of going here is that Sid's is a compounding pharmacy, so they can more easily customize medications to fit individual needs. I live eight miles away, but I will be going back to this pharmacy. read more

They seriously need to consult their business attorney about how egregious it is to refuse to accept an original, duly executed power of attorney for healthcare - hence they refused (in a very strident manner) to let me pick up my wife's medication. The Domestic Partnership in Washington was supposed make this easier not more difficult. A Power of Attorney has been accepted / honored by every healthcare provider on the Palouse and in Spokane and in California; but not by Sid. So, my advice - find another pharmacy. If you need something compounded, buy it over the internet from Canada, otherwise you are in for a lot of grief. read more

I have used Sid Pharmacy to fill my prescriptions for the last two years. They are very friendly and fill my regular and compounding prescriptions and in a timely manner. Very happy with their service and wouldn't go anywhere else. read more
