The customer service is awful, and their fax machine might as well be on another planet. Every time I called, I was met with 'Let me check if we got your Rx,' followed by 10 minutes on hold. They require constant follow-up and take weeks to fill a compounding prescription. Avoid this place at all costs--I'd rather pay extra than deal with this level of incompetence again.

Both times, I brought this to the pharmacy's attention and specifically requested that when her doctor updates a prescription, the change be reflected in their system to prevent future errors. I was told that updating or ensuring the correct prescription is filled is solely my mother's responsibility. I find that response unacceptable. Medication management for elderly patients is already complex. Continuing to fill an outdated prescription after a new dosage has been prescribed creates a significant and unnecessary safety risk. This is not a minor administrative oversight, as it has direct health consequences. When we previously used Rite Aid, prescription updates were consistently reflected in their system when a physician submitted a change. I am deeply concerned that Walgreens' current practice may place not only my mother, but also other elderly patients, at risk. Patient safety must be the priority.

I've tried for many months to use this pharmacy and I just could not stay. The staff can be…read morepleasant as they explain how busy they are while telling you a prescription that you gave them days before is still not ready. Come back in 30 minutes is the first ploy. When you return 45 min. Later, and it's still not ready they give you attitude and explain that they have been really busy and they have to answer the phone too. I've never had someone at this pharmacy answer the phone, but I'm sure it happens. This is the best example of a poorly managed, poorly staffed and incompetently run business I have experienced in a long time. I thank god there are other options, I just hope they are not worse.

The employees at Moscow Safeway or really kind and helpful. If you live on this side of town and don't like driving very far then this is definitely the place to go. As I said the employees are kind and will seek you out if you're by yourself looking confused. They also engage in at the check out and treat you like you're a human being. Bottom line is the employees look like they enjoy working there - you can often see them smiling. There is a really nice guy at the pharmacy - I don't know who he is, but he's awesome. Five stars for the employees at Moscow Safeway.
