We figured following the recommendation was better than cold calling someone out of the phone book (or more realistically Google as we don't have a phone book). It was easy to get a convenient appointment with Mark on short notice. He was well organized and prepared for our visit and explained things well using everyday terms and let us know what steps we'd need to take. He took the time to answer our questions and to ask us some good questions we hadn't thought of. The visit took just as long as he said it would and everything was taken care of in one shot. We talked with a lady named Jennifer who is either a receptionist or legal assistant of Alan Bayda. At no time did we actually speak with Mr. Bayda and by the end of the 20 minute conversation Jennifer had accused us of committing insurance fraud. The opinion of a different lawyer with whom I was able to speak with in person was quite different.
