The email form was right off their website. What did I hear back? Crickets... nothing. Why encourage people to send an email when there is not going to be a response?? Even if everyone but one person is away on vacation, surely that one person can reply to the email to just say... we received your email and someone will be able to call you on (date). I have put forward ideas to help my case which Brian immediately shut down, saying that I was "completely wrong and didn't know what I was talking about". After some back and forth, I decided to relinquish Brian from his duties as my lawyer and solace to the matter was... when I represented myself in court - I was actually correct. So saving grace was... thank god I fired him and represented myself.
