We hired brian on a very complex case against the grandparents that were given rights in Quebec and we won in Alberta ! He wrote astonishing affidavits, and presented the case extremely well. It been 2 years since he won the case and I have since moved back out east and he still give me advise when I need reassurance on some details of the case. I have dealt with so many lawyers between Ontario Quebec and Alberta and I'm so glad we finally found a lawyer that did not rip me off, is all about the action and does the job above and beyond Thanks Brian, because of your amazing work my sons are safe.

I have put forward ideas to help my case which Brian immediately shut down, saying that I was "completely wrong and didn't know what I was talking about". After some back and forth, I decided to relinquish Brian from his duties as my lawyer and solace to the matter was... when I represented myself in court - I was actually correct. So saving grace was... thank god I fired him and represented myself. Moral of the story is... if a person without the 10 years of legal education and x amount of years of experience fairs better in court than the supposed "lawyer"... I think that speaks to the lawyer's credentials.
