Even when Jennifer is unavailable, my little poofs get walked by another person from the staff and I'm always shocked at how much I like the rest of the team too (because I am very attached to Jen!!!). They have all been so clearly skilled and passionate about pups and my critters always look like they're having a good time with them in the photos. I couldn't recommend this company enough. Besides the amazing people who walk the dogs, this company also has features that make me feel secure -- like the gps map of where the dog walkers went with my pups and a timestamp of when they started and ended. They're also bonded and insured. And they're easy to reach if I have questions about services and invoices and whatnot. Here, I'll add a picture of what the dog walk reports look like --

Why would you put your dog at a kennel type place if you have or had this option. My dog is practically like family to Cindy now. It's honestly invaluable what she provides. My dog is never in a crate, and gets to hang with Cindy and her family, go out back and check out the chickens and other animals, he's not locked up in a cage for 20 of 24 hours a day. I get the overnight kennel places probably not having the man power to pay one on one attention to those dogs, but it's just that your dog is going from free reign of your own home to being in a kennel for hours at a time. It's a huge adjustment and difference. With Cindy, they're going from your home, to a home. She gives you updates too on how your dog is doing and sometimes even sends off photos too. I recommend Cindy to any & everyone who's in need for a dog sitter.

Einat, the owner, is very responsive and clearly cares about both her customers and her employees--and it shows in the quality of their service. Charlie typically had the same walkers at the same time each week. They were all professional, caring, attentive, and TRUE dog lovers! I loved Strut the Pup's daily walk reports and photos, which gave me peace of mind knowing he was being well taken care of while I was at work. On a few occasions when I was working from home, I watched as his regular walker arrived--Charlie would be waiting at the window and greeted them with full-body wags every time. When Charlie's hips started bothering him as he got older, the team helped me adjust his walks so he could continue enjoying his outdoor adventures. Sadly, Charlie has since passed, but I've saved many of the walk-report photos his walkers took (like this one), and they remain some of my favorite pictures of him. Thank you, Einat and team, for taking such wonderful care of Charlie.

I'm happy to report that we are continuing to see improvement using Julia's methods.
