The corn tortillas I picked up at Heinen's and West Side Market didn't compare. The Kitchen Sink cookies are as good raw as they are cooked. They Korean-style savory pancakes are amazing. I can order a jumbo fancy salad that serves 3 for about $10 if I want to add some extra veggies to my meal. I have never, ever had any issues with delivery. The items show up on schedule and in great condition. They have very knowledgeable customer service reps available every night during dinner hours in case you have any questions or need help with the meals. All companies should be run this well. I don't work for them, I just think they're amazing.

We got nothing but raving reviews from the guests and even had one of the vegetarian guests smother her salad in one of the sauces that Old Carolina provided. They did, however, forget a portion of the meal that we paid for. Once we identified the error, they worked to rectify the issue. They were quick to make the monetary fix and were nothing but courteous and professional in the process. Despite the error, I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this company to anyone who wanted to use them for catering. And, for the quality and amount of food we got, we would have paid close to twice what we did anywhere else. You would be hard pressed to find this quality food with the level of customer service and professionalism anywhere else in NE Ohio. Had the mistake not happened, I would have easily rated this establishment with 5 stars instead of 4.
