They do not allow "cancellation" - won't even acknowledge it. They will only give an "indefinite pause." From there they said I owe money for the "last shipment." I refused to give them my credit card again knowing I can never get it back. With "special approval" they allowed me to send a check to "reconcile" the account. So I sent a check and a week later I get the cutesy happy notice that the package is on its way. They totally fooled me. My account was paid in full when I attempted to cancel but they deceptively got one more payment out of me despite my clear direction to cancel. Lesson learned. There doesn't seem to be any way out of this service once started. Take the warning.

It was a very small, and sort of sad-looking amount of food on a sort of cafeteria tray. The vegetables weren't much to speak of, and the short rib was incredibly fatty. I felt I didn't get my money's worth, especially when there are so many places in Cleveland (i.e., India Garden) where you can get heaps and heaps of delicious food for the same price. It has lots of awesome supplements. These are fairly priced compared to Kroger and places like that. It doesn't cost that much of a difference. Most of the staff has lots of experience so they know the best products. Everyone talks about how the owner Mr. Weber is very helpful. The rest of the staff is usually helpful too. A few times they seem to be too slow. They do keep and order the best items so this helps make up for that. It has a good variety of health items. Prices are okay. The service is a bit spotty but they're usually able to help you.

But as I was already in the area of Cinnaholic back in May 2026, I was able to indulge (for science!!!) and bought myself a treat. I was happy with the service and the seemingly unlimited combos of rolls you can build, but Cinnaholic also offers a few non-Cinnamon roll treats as well. I bought a tub of chocolate chip cookie dough here. It was $5, contains 4 servings, and is ready to eat raw. The staff member made me a fresh batch of cookie dough and I was happy to see the nutritional information on the tub. I ate a quarter of it later that day and a quarter of it over the next two days. After a few days, the dough had lost its freshness somewhat so I tossed it. Probably better for my health anyway! I wish the prices for the drinks were on the menu. I couldn't find them anywhere!
