I bought a car from this place and it immediately began having problems. They sent it to a mechanic - ostensibly to fix one problem - however, the first problem remained. Now, the car still doesn't function. I have had car for 6 months and I've only been able to drive it for less than 2. And, Si Se Puede is not helping with the repairs at all. All in all, I've had to use all 10 of my and my wife's AAA tows (plus 1 that I paid for) in order to get the car either back to Si Se Puede or to a mechanic. Although the 'in-house' staff tries, the management is very unresponsive and unhelpful. Even though used cars are sold 'as is', they are supposed to be functioning. Mine does not and has not. It basically half-functioned long enough to get beyond the 'cooling off' period. As it stands right now, I am out of a car and I am facing a $2500 repair bill. Worst car buying experience ever. The vehicle I purchased I am satisfied with as far as the price and mileage but.................These idiots still haven't provided my registration and plates after 90 days!!! This place sucks and they sell mest up cars and try and rob you for extra money! First they sold me a pontiac gto and had a lot of gas smell going inside and they didnt want to change it! At the end they changed it for a ford edge and after 2 days the engine light went on and i went back and told them and they said its my problem, they tried charging me 280$ to get my plates, i had to go to dmv myself and found out they hadnt even ordered the new ones and they were tryna charge me for old plates wich expired in 3 months, when dmv only chraged me 20$ to get the new ones, and i had to put money from my pocket to fix the engine problems! Yelp will protect the business and delete this review. Long story short . We bought a car the car was crap they did nothing to help us with the "lemon" they sold us. We went to a lawyer that discovered the illegal practices they were doing. They provided us with fake pay stubs to get a loan in which we paid $300 to do. They told us not to tell the loan company about our trade in that they forged our name on to sale to another person. That person went to DMV to do an investigation and they did a investigation in which they were given there money back after contacting Si Se Puedes insurance company. We have text from them with evidence of this but yelp keeps deleting them to protect the business. It is obvious Si Se Puede pays to delete bad reviews but I will keep making new emails Everytime to protect consumers. They also fix there cars on Giant Road but they act stupid when there cars go to crap. Avoid this spot at all cost. THEY approve anyone one during tax season so beware I suggest you avoid spending money here based on the other reviews. There is a reason they have 1 star and an "F" grade with the Better Buisness Bureau for saleing faulty cars. You have been warned. Shame on you Yelp for protecting them. Also I found out by law after you drive off the lot the engine can blow up in front of the dealership and the dealership would not be liable for anything. Si Se Puede uses this to take advantage of people. That is why they buy the mechanics specials from the auctions for cheap then they take em to there warehouse on Giant Road to half fix them enough to get it running for a few days then sale it us "as is" for full price. When the car goes to shit they laugh at you because they have your money and are not liable for repairs. Even though they know the car they sold you was crap and they half fixed it themselves. Just read their reviews about there products and how we were treated when we tried to rectify the issue. They had our money and we had there shitty ass car so they didn't care. There worst car deal ever! I got a car from them I got approved and didn't need a co signer gave them a down payment .is also asked for a car fax and it was clean...days later my bf look into and finds out the car has been in a accident and the miles were off based on what they put on there contract .. 2 weeks later I get a call saying I need a co signer the only reason why I got the car cause I didn't need a co signer so since I needed one I returned the car and they didn't want to give me my down payment I got a lawyer involved and guess what I got my money back!! They get there cars from auctions..it's not worth it...they don't deserve a star at all read more

At first customer services was Nices , the sales man attended to me in a very politely manner helping purchase a car and describing what package the car has , but after purchasing a car off them there were problems , the steering wheel was pulling to the left a lot , they sold me a saposively clean title car but after taking to 3 different mechanics they said it was involve in a accident , I asked the dealer to fix my problem they said they would it's been about almost 3 months but they never get back to me ..These places is a scam. They'll sell you a car saying its a clean title but in reality most of the cars have been in accident , they have people that do a quick fix on them enough to purchase the car and after you do you notices all the problems the car has , wouldn't recommend these places if I could give it a zero I would . This used car lot should be out of business immediately I purchased a Dodge Caliber 2010 the very next day car went out because of tranny computer system as well as ignition problems I took the car back to dealership they refused to give me another car or money back they offered to check car they put oil n other fluid car was missing and said that was the problem that very night car went and turned off on me on free way I had to take car to personal mechanic to see what was wrong with the car it turns out car has a leakage and tranny computer system without as well as other issues the dealership offered to only fix car. After I took the car back the end of the week they offered to fix car instead of giving me my money next week I called to check up on car and see when it will be ready they told me I don't have to keep calling they will call me when car is ready next two weeks I called them they told me the sold car. After a long battle and contacting their dealership insurance agency, we finally got our refund for the vehicle they sold us. Apparently it was traded in, and they told the person who gave them the vehicle that it was garbage, and would be recycled. Little did she know, they did not recycle it, instead they did not update registration or anything, and sold her vehicle to us, and forged her signature to do so. We repeatedly had asked them who this woman on the title was after our ordeal with trying to register the vehicle in our name, and they told us it didn't matter because it was given to an employee of theirs as a gift, and then that employee sold it on their dealership's lot with their license plates, "because he worked there".
