Great place to park when traveling from SeaTac. You can reserve ahead of time through spot hero, or their website. When you drive in, they have a shuttle that follows you right to your spot and picks you up. You get a card with your parking spot, with instructions on what to do upon your return for pickup . I recently parked here for 7 full days and a few hours. The bill was $155. This price was with their $14.95 coupon rate. This place used to be a great deal but not anymore. I'm not sure when this started but they charge you sales tax TWICE - once for WA State sales tax @ 10% and City of Tukwila tax at 15%. Other places only charge a couple dollars ($3) for the City of Tukwila portion. I will no longer come here. The double tax is crazy! read more

Love parking here. Much cheaper rates found on services like SpotHero vs their website. But, they are quick and easy. Short drive to the airport. Shuttles constantly running. There is an older guy sometimes at the checkout station (we had to deal with him this morning). Not sure why he is always such a jerk, but he is the piece that ruins the experience every time. They need to replace him with one of the friendly folks that are driving the shuttles. He always comes up with prices that are not what I pre-paid. Or tries to not honor the pre-paid pricing. This place was great until I realized that they were over charging me. They told me it would be $9 a day w crew discount. Keep in mind it is normally 19 dollars. They charged me 3 dollars an hour, after my day 1 (because I parked there for 1 day and 4 hours). When I asked why the hourly was higher and if it could be adjusted to 9 dollars a day with the discount he said no. They charge hourly til you hit 12 hours for the day then it's 9 dollars. Mind you it is 19 dollars a day w out crew discount. They advertise this so you get charged for a lot extra after the fact. Keep in mind the taxes in the pic. Only good thing is that this ride is dependable when the airport is not busy. They pick you up at your car, but sometimes feel rushed since they are right behind you when you pull in. read more

We've been parking our vehicles here every time we travel. I don't know why I haven't written a review on them until now. I first heard about them when I used to tell my clients to use them when I worked for a mom And pop travel agency. Then I started using them. It's been about 15 years! I like how you can print out or just show them on your device a coupon to get a discount when you park there. I never worry about my car being safe or not. Plus they give you water before and after you travel. Such an added service especially when you're so thirsty after traveling all day. So far everyone I've encountered working at this place have been nothing but courteous and friendly. I've referred so many people here, and will do so all the time. Very reasonably priced. I've parked at shuttlepark2 several dozen times and it's consistently been a great expirience except for the two times I've used them in the past 2 weeks. Both times there's been a shuttle pulling away as get to the crosswalk so I just miss it. (I don't call until I'm standing at the island) Last week when I called for a pickup after just missing the shuttle, the dispatcher responds to my request for a pickup with "we just drove though twice looking for you" to which I explained that it couldn't have been me since I just got there and just called and I let it go. Today, after just missing the shuttle, I called for a pickup just like last time. Dispatcher said one was on the way and hung up. 7ish minutes later I get a call back asking where I am. Once I state the same location I said before, the dispatcher says "you called twice, once from a courtesy phone and once from this number and the driver has driven through twice looking for you and I told him not to drive though again." I reiterated that I had only called once and had not missed a shuttle driving by (i was watching the lanes and was in a hurry to get home to see my kid.) As he's saying this, a shuttle pulls up, I tell him one is here, and I get on. As I checking out I tell him that "I do not appreciate being accused of f'ing off and wasting his drivers time which happened the past two pickups. I called once and caught the first shuttle that came through." He then proceeded to argue with me about what he said and I said again "I'm not parking here in the future" to which he responded with "f' you". I said excuse me, he said it again, and as I was driving off he literally hung halfway out the window and yelled it at me as I was driving away. So shuttlepark is great for price if you use their coupons, great for access on and off the freeway, and has great friendly drivers, but has a partially unhinged dispatcher who likes to accuse, argue with, and curse at customers. I'll be parking elsewhere. read more

Edit: ended up going with Ajax instead - GREAT experience. Hesitant to even use these guys as the man on the phone who said his name was Dave (working Tuesday, Nov 30th at 12pm) was pretty rude when I called in to ask for help. I was viewing their website on my phone (which the web browser also says "not secure" with the triangle alert symbol) and didn't see the 'reservations' link. I called to ask where to reserve and was told it's there on the home screen. I asked where exactly because I'm on the home screen and don't see it anywhere. He continued to repeat the same things back to me "it's there" and "refresh your browser" to which I replied that yes okay but I'm still not seeing it. "Is there any other way to reserve? Can I do it over the phone?" He said "nope. Don't know what to tell you". Didn't ask any questions or seem even remotely interested in assisting me. He then said "well now I gotta put you on hold". While waiting I tried opening the link on a desktop computer and was able to see the link for reservations he had been referring to. "Dave" then came back and seemed irritated to even be on the phone. I mentioned to him that I was able to get it to work on a desktop and than it doesn't seem to work on phone browsers, just so he was aware for assisting future customers. His response was a rude "I know." I asked then why he hadn't tried troubleshooting with me if he knew it wouldn't work on a phone browser. He responded with "is there anything else you need." If this is my experience with this business before even making a reservation, I'm hesitant to even use them. Shuttle Park, please make the investment to train Dave and also hire and train customer service staff that will care about people instead of actively deterring them. read more

Reliability and dependability in service -- even throughout the pandemic -- has been consistently high quality. The security and surveillance in the lot gives me peace of mind while I'm traveling that my car is being attended to. When my wife or children travel this is where they park as well. All of us value the quality of this service The direct pickup at your parked car to the terminal is so convenient. The friendly and responsive attendant you call when you arrive at the airport for a pick up is always appreciated. As an added extra "nice touch" you will be offered bottled water when you board the bus heading to your vehicle. Worst experience ever. My car was broken into and my water bottle was filled with urine. Knife scratch damage and items stolen. Obvious disarray throughout. I was parked at the back of the lot and apparantly there are no cameras in that area. I was told they wouldn't charge me for my parking by the manager, yet they have charged me and won't return my call. Someone used my car as a place to sleep and the attendants did not see. They said they are not responsible for what happens to vehicles while parked there. Also had the nerve to say " I hope you will come back and use our lot again". I have parked here for more than 20 years. Most recently a long weekend when the airport freeway was completely backed up. The driver maintained his cool and stuck it out as others were zig zapping in traffic to get a car length ahead. You have to pay attention on pick-up though. Put your damned phone down and look for the bright orange van. Flag them down if you see them coming. I've never had the issues these haters have had. My husband and I got into a car crash on our way over to this location. We were able to drive the car into the lot, and we still made it to our flight! (Which was a blessing because we were on our way to his brother's wedding and my husband was a groomsman.) When we arrived back to Seattle and ShuttlePark2 we explained the situation and all the staff were super nice and accommodating. They let us sit in the office and wait for our Lyft. They didn't even charge us for the extra day our car was going to sit there before it needed to be towed and gave us a discount! Spring Break craziness! With many of the parking structures full we were extra appreciative of this one and glad we had made our plans well in advance. My husband took care of all the details and had missed an email the night before changing our parking location. Fortunately, he also has us leave with plenty of time allowance for complications. This one would be our own, but when we arrived where we thought the intended location was, the representatives there were well informed and asked us to double check our emailed location. My husband was able to do so on his phone seeing they had changed the location just the night before. Honestly, the location we pulled into we were not so comfortable with anyways so we were pleased to be going else where, that first location was full. We drove about 10 minutes tops finding it easily with our gps. It was a large very well marked out door lot. Signs with arrows to all available spots and letting you know to call once you park. The shuttle came right to our parking spot handing us a card with our spot number and location name, address and phone number, getting us to the airport in record time. When we returned a week later we had that card for reference, called, they picked us up within 15 minutes, handing us a bottled water. We picked up one other customer and drove straight to our spot. We checked out with the representative on duty in the ticket booth who was able to verify we had paid ahead, and all was said and done smoothly. We will use this service again and highly recommend it. Remember to have cash in pocket to be able to tip these fast paced, hard working employees for their service. I've spent the last 30 min trying to make a reservation using both my mobile and my desktop. The "Book" option takes me to a screen to set up an account - which is odd since I still haven't had the option to check the price of the parking for my upcoming trip. Once I set up an account, there is no option to book a reservation. "Contact" has a email and a website - link to the website is invalid. I didn't email as I decided I'm working too hard already to try to book. If there was a phone number listed - I would have called. There must be one - as a previous reviewer made mention of it. It's not easy to find then....such great reviews and I typically never leave a review without a full service experience. But providing feedback - maybe they will read this and address the issue. read more

We ended up at shuttle park due to not making a reservation at our normal location and the lot was full. Strangely it was the first time seeing that, so I would suggest making a reservation at your location of choice. We were running late and found this lot. It was quick, we parked ourselves and the shuttle came to pick us up at the spot we parked( no need to walk at a meeting spot). It was easy to and from the airport from the shuttle service provided. I parked here on a Friday early morning through Sunday evening. Very nice staff and had a quick pick up from my car as soon as I pulled into a parking spot. It was a 5-7 min drive to the airport. On the way back, I waited around 10-15 min for a pick up shuttle from the airport. They also accepted the yelp 25% off discount which made my total $38 which included taxes. My lyft one way alone to the airport would have been $36 so this was a great deal and very convenient. Will def be back and use this parking lot again. Honestly this is the only airport shuttle service that has never let me down. I love that their shuttle service is open 24/7 and that you can just drive up pull a ticket from the booth, drive through the gate, and go park in the parking lot. You wait in your car while the shuttle driver comes to find you. It's a short 7 to 8 minute drive to the airport after your picked up. The whole process is quick and easy. The staff are professional and courteous. The best part is coming off the flight and not having to wait too long at the airport like I've had to do with previous experiences via other companies. read more
