Alaska cancelled our flight home. I emailed SeaTac Park to let them know we would be late returning; no worries they said. When we got there a day and a half late, they charged us based on the discounted rate from our prepaid reservation. That was fair and fine by me. SeaTac Park's rates are higher than many of the other SeaTac lots, but the level of service is also much higher. The parking stalls are wide and well lit, and the staff are terrific. I broke tradition of not parking at SeaTac Airport or using a AAA discount to use one of the larger adjacent pay lots as I've done in the past. Instead I chose SeaTac Park based on Yelp reviews. So to all the fellow Yelpers who took the time to post about their experiences with this indie company, thank you! Based on my departing flight, taking the bus and light rail was not an option. Nor did I want to ask a very early AM favor from others. Taking an Uber/Lyft was cost prohibitive. So I decided I was going to drive south, entrust my car with SeaTac Park, and use their shuttle service to the airport. I wished I had booked my 8/23/25 online reservation much sooner, because booking earlier, the bigger the discount. Arrived with plenty of time on 8/26/25, checked in at their booth, drove and parked at an open spot, and I sleepily boarded the shuttle which brought me and others to our designated airport departure spots. Make sure to retain your parking receipt in a safe place while on holiday! Returned on 9/2/25 and texted the phone number from the parking receipt once I was at the ground transportation level. For SeaTac Park, it's best to wait for arranged shuttle pick up at Level 3 island #1 or island #3. Remember to tip your shuttle drivers to and from! I got dropped off right at my vehicle with my luggage placed by my trunk. There was no issue at the checkout booth and soon I was on my way back home. Due to my red eye, I was driving in rush hour traffic - talk about welcome back from my holiday, lol. Shout out to Susanna LaTempa and the four staff members (departure - gate check-in and shuttle driver and arrival - shuttle driver, and gate checkout)! We've used this lot and service for years and I have never been unsatisfied. The team is efficient, their process works well, and even though we should technically text when we land, we've never even had to do that. We can always catch a shuttle back to the lot without waiting more than a few minutes. It's a fantastically reliable service that makes travel all that much easier. They also offer complimentary water bottles on the way out which is always so appreciated for a bunch of thirsty travelers! I also want to add that the reservation system works well and I have never had an issue making a reservation. The service is also very kid-friendly; we have been using them with babies through young kids and the shuttle bus to the airport is often the highlight of the trip! read more

Do NOT park here! Car got scraped all down the side. they could care less. Takes a while for them to get you at your car and at the airport. Had to carry own luggage on and off the bus. Further than my usually good spot at Doug Fox. Was my first time here instead of closer ones. Big mistake. They need to make right but not so much as a phone call returned. Just completed a trip and left my car successfully with this lot. I'm paranoid about my car safety and traveling timeliness, and this company lived up to the ratings. Booking the reservation and receiving the email confirmation was very straightforward. The arrival check in was easy with the QR code, and the shuttle bus pulled up to our parking spot to help load our luggage and quickly take us to the airport. After returning home, we texted their number to pickup from SeaTac and the shuttle came very fast (coincidentally another waiting party probably had summoned them before we did). The shuttle drivers are friendly and helpful with bags, etc. we had a trip cut short recently and there was a problem refunding the balance back to our card. We parked here for ten days this spring and it couldn't have been easier. Buying in advance online provides a steep discount. You pull up and are directed where to park and a shuttle drives right behind you to pick you up and whisk you to the airport - no waiting. When we came back we had to wait less than five minutes for the shuttle to get us again. Maybe a ten minute drive to the airport. Shuttle drives you right back to your car, and on the way out the parking attendant gives you a bottle of water - great for plane dehydration! read more

I've been using SeaTac Park since 2014. They are very friendly, very efficient, and fairly priced. In my 11 years of using their service I don't think I've ever waited more than 5 mins for a shuttle. I've used this parking lot four times in the past several months, and their service has consistently been good. They support booking in advance, and the price is clear and final, unlike many other off-site parking services. Their website is good enough to make reservations, manage bookings, tracking reward points, etc. Their shuttle to the airport has been instantly ready as soon as we arrive the lot. They may need to pick a few more groups before departing to the airport, but the waiting time is reasonable. The returning shuttle from the airport has also been reasonably fast. We never have to wait more than ~12 minutes. The only downside is the distance to the airport. Even without any traffics, it takes 15-20 minutes to ride from the lot to the airport drop-off location. read more

I used SeaTac Parking facility near Seattle Airport for the first time last week and I am very happy with their service. I found a groupon that let me bag a 3day parking deal for $58. Once you purchase the groupon, you need to make a reservation on their website to book a spot based on your date and time of travel. Once you enter, they check your reservation barcode and let you park in any open spot. They have shuttle service right from where you park your car to the airport. The drivers are kind, nice and helpful. On your way back from the airport they have shuttle service almost every 7-10 mins so it is not much of a wait at all and they drop you right upto your car. All in all this looks like a really safe parking lot which is reliable and good shuttle service along with being reasonably priced. read more

The business owner treats Black people disrespectfully because his actions demonstrated that he neither likes nor trusts Black people. Upon arriving on the lot, he immediately tells me to leave in his thick Ukrainian/Russian accent under the threat of calling the police because he said his lot was for customers only. By implication, he'd already determined that by my skin color I was not a customer. He tried directing the conversation to an Ethiopian young guy until I curtly stated no Black translator was necessary because both of us are speaking English. I asked him where was he from to which he quickly retorted that it didn't matter. I snapped that it did matter because no one around here in the area acts rudely and shows such open contempt for Black Americans. For the business owner: Of course the business owner willingly denies any wrongdoing and overtly racist attitudes of their employees because any admission of it not only destroys the veneer of harmonious racial relations but it will also discourage conscious white customers from spending money there. Don't buy the coupon and don't even trust this business. You end up spending way more than the regular rate plus leaving your car in an unreliable space. SeaTac Park is an unreliable and unprofessional business running by unprofessionals. Of course, it works for some people but the next scamming case can be YOU so be aware! We had Groupon for 7 days and wanted to pay for one extra day on Saturday. Once we arrived, their system was down so we agreed on paying full price just in case of not being able to book on that same day. We booked after an hour of refreshing and after returning from our vacation, we're told that we have to pay the full price. We contacted management but their responses and non-logical attitude were unacceptable! They basically have no camera to check and they insist on repeating a made-up scenario to justify the rip-off! We ended up paying over $230 plus a $10 tip that was an absolute waste of money. You're better off just going with any other business if you value your hard-earned money! This company is much easier than SeaTac or other parking for me. The SeaTac Park people are very friendly and eager to help. It costs less, they took less than 10 minutes to come get me each time I was at the SeaTac Island area with my bags and ready to get to my car and head home. This most recent time the STP shuttle brought me to my car, I saw my tire had gone nearly flat after sitting there for over 2 weeks. The guy at the check-out area -- said he could help and then he got a tire compression equipment piece and put air in that tire as well as another he said was low. He showed me the wear on the tire and recommended I see about new tires as well. NO CHARGE for the help! They are just good people, helping others ad making an honest living, and that means a lot to me! read more

When you arrive at SeaTac Park someone greets you with a smile at the gate and scans your QR code on your phone. She offered us bottled water and pointed us in the right direction.
