DO NOT PARK HERE. Hard to tell if Yelp has it listed for the east garage or west garage but this is my experience with the west garage. At least the east garage you can always enter with your parking card. But for the west garage? That giant sign that's there that says it's open til 1am when you drive in? A huge lie. They actually close at like 11pm or so. Not that would know that when you drive in since it's not posted anywhere! The only reason I know was because I was lucky enough to catch a patrol guard who explained to me the correct hours that are not posted and say the sign is from the pandemic hours and previous owner. Ok well it's 2025, we're several years out of lockdowns so why the hell aren't the current hours posted?! Why has the new owner not even prioritized upkeep of their business? Lazy! I was able to get to my car by sheer luck by finding that guard but if I hadn't I'd be locked out. More negative reviews need to be left here since this is ridiculous!! If you're like me, you just look for a garage and don't read reviews ahead of time but if somehow I caught you before you make your trip -- JUST DON'T DO IT! Screw this place! read more

The good: 1. It's close to the airport. 2. The staff driving the vehicles are helpful and friendly. 3. The transport van is comfortable. The not so good: 1. Parking is behind the building and there's no way to walk through the hotel unless you have a key card to enter. So, plan to walk all the way around the building with your gear. Unless you pay for valet. 2. It's unclear where to meet the transport van when you arrive at the hotel. 3. The transport vans say they run every 15 minutes. However, I waited almost an hour for the van to pick me up at the airport for my return ride back to my car. I thought I might have to walk back to my car! 3. When you call the phone number on the booking receipt - you get a recording that repeats the same general information about parking. There's no way to contact a human to ask if a van is on its way. Conclusion: I don't think I will use this service again. It made for a very long day of travel with too many uncertainties. read more

It's hard to imagine how a garage could literally get everything wrong, yet this one managed to do so: They don't print the address on their tickets. How hard could that be? In downtown Seattle, where there are dozens of garages in a few block radius, when you park at night it's not always obvious where you went -- especially when the ramp and the entrance are around the corner from each other. Speaking of the lobby, the pay machine in the lobby was broken, with a sign saying to pay at the gate. And the elevators in the lobby didn't work, so you have to walk up the ramp and dodge traffic. Then the machine at the exit didn't take American Express. Finally, it was out of receipt tape. And of course there are no humans there to address any of this. Garage parking, especially for this absurd rate, should be easy. Nope. Meridian has figured out how fail at every step. That requires some work. read more

I previously gave this garage a three-star "A-OK" review. (That review is still here, right under this one.) Nothing much has changed with the garage itself. The $15 early bird price is good for the area. The payment machine takes credit cards only. It's where I need it to be. One thing I'd revise about the previous review is that although the parking spaces are not super-wide, they're also a lot less crowded than some lots, such as the One Convention Place lot a block to the south. But the real reason for my rating upgrade is a customer service experience I had yesterday. I parked in the morning, in time for the early bird price, letting my wife out at the entrance. I walked to Pacific Place for a triple feature of SIFF films. We came back, and I paid the $15 at the credit card machine. We went down to the car, and drove up toward the exit. And I couldn't find the ticket that I needed to leave. I parked far enough from the exit gate that I wasn't blocking, leaving my wife to move the car if we were blocking anyone in. I went back to the payment machine and looked around. I found a ticket from the day before, but I didn't think that would work. I didn't find my own ticket. I noticed that there was a parking office. I knocked, and when the guy answered and invited me in, I explained the situation. He said he could look up the payment with the last four digits of my credit card number. (I had already told him I had paid $15, which may also be part of the look-up procedure.) He asked what kind of card it was, and said that he found the payment record. I went back to the car, and he waited at the gate, opening it for me when I approached. I never thought I'd have occasion to rate a parking garage five stars. Don't they all range from awful to pretty good, but never "Woohoo! As good as it gets!"? Compared to the usual result of losing a payment ticket, which is paying the 24-hour price, having someone pleasantly look up the payment and resolve the problem, this place delivered a spectacular customer service win. Five stars is not grade inflation. Finally, I found the lost ticket under my seat when I got home. Oops. read more

This garage is on s very convenient location to The a Paramount Theatre, convection center, Meridian Regal Theatres (duh) or the Pike Place area AND has the best rates I've found in the area! Overnight from Saturday at 1pm until Sunday 24 hours later was $16 which was half what most of the neighboring garages reported. It's underground the Mall and Theatre complex so it feels safer than an outdoor lot, too. I downloaded an app called PARKWHIZ which took off $5 for first use making the night $11. I also recommend that app as it was easy to use and showed the availability and price of lots and let me reserve and prepay. read more

This Garage is located downtown on pike street and 6th. On weekend, they have $4 an hour and $8 for the whole day. If you park 1hr and 10 mins, it will cost you the full $8. So after an hour, you might as well not rush it back. It's not easy to find free parking nearby so might as well park here. read more

This is the garage that the Sheraton Grand uses for their guests. - Cost: $20/24hrs for hotel guests - They have big stalls for easy parking and low door ding risk. When loading up, something fell out of the trunk. The manager quickly got his staff to look for it. He messaged back after they located it and gave me instruction on how to get in touch with onsite staff. All this happened in less than 5 minutes of my call. He mentioned they have onsite security 24/7 which is a plus and provided me with their direct number. read more
