Charleston Rickshaw has been in business since 1989, so it's well established and reliable. My rickshaw operator was Nathan, a young very polite, and personable college student. Indeed, he made our ride most enjoyable giving us a unique narrative and pointing out all of the historical sites of interest along our route through the French Quarter. Highly recommended.

I was not refunded the difference. They also pulled this with another school (asked how many kids the day before and brought buses to accommodate that number even though the teacher paid for more). I hope they enough the extra hard earned money from my parents and students. They did not allow kids to use the restrooms on the buses, DVD players did not work, and AC on one of the buses broke on the way back leaving kids sweating. Do not recommend using, will not use again. Did show up on time and had nice drivers

Bought 2-day Charleston pass. Loved it! Called customer service twice (once before to ask a…read morequestion about pre-booking after purchase and once during the travel because app wasn't connecting at visitors center - note: as soon as I joined free WiFi, it was fine). Both calls were answered promptly by a real human who felt like the owner and seemed to have a smile as he spoke. The tour companies with whom I booked via TourPass had us noted in their reservation system and I didn't need to show the QR code in the app. We used the vendor check-in function for the "classic tours", of which there are many! It was easy to do and all were familiar with TourPass. My only wish is that we could have done a Classic on one of the days the pass wasn't active. We didn't need more signature tours (3 in 2 days was abundant), but I would have loved to get to one more on the classic list. I have no idea what it takes to create something like this and how all the vendors are compensated, but it worked great and helped with planning. No question we saved money vs. paying for each thing we did if we had done it separately.
