I paid almost $500 For the full inside and out "deep clean"detailing package on my truck and…read moreultimately didn't feel like the value was there. For that kind of money I expected more... 1. What I liked: I really like the way they cleaned the engine and the wheels. 2. Things that were just OK: the exterior wax job looked just ok. I guess I was expecting a little more, a better shine. Wax job effect really didn't seem to last that long. In fairness, the truck is 8 yrs old and not garaged so Maybe I was expecting too much 3. Things I didn't like: The vacuum job on the interior. there was still sand and dirt visible in the tight places between the seats. It's the kind of stuff I can't get to when I vacuum the car myself which is why I brought it to a detailer. They never washed out the bed of the truck. 4. What I really didn't like: Without asking me, they put several Haddad stickers on the windows which I removed immediately. Overall I just don't feel like the value was there for $500. It felt like the job was rushed.

Well spoken and polite, Shane maintained an organized work space, and systematically worked through my car's complete cleaning. The car looks brand new and smells even better. He deserves a raise! I hope he's still around when I need my next detail. Thank you Nick for being a Democratic owned business that I'm so happy to support!! Thank you Shane for being so pleasant and hard working, it was refreshing to see, your parents taught you right!

Also I requested that Nick call me four different times to discuss this situation, but as of today no response from him.

I had it "fixed" by a Jeep body shop at Brigham Gill Jeep in Natick which took the situation from bad to worse. Mismatching panels, over spray on the inside of the doors, chipped torque screws, and just a shabby experience all around....oh! And the bubbling of the paint returned in less than a year. Great stuff... Anyway, decided to try a different dealer that had an amazing collision center...Herb Chambers of Millbury. Unfortunately I was not allowed to use their Collision Center as I wasn't in an accident, but was sent to Audette's Auto Body. Divine Intervention. Norman and team are outstanding!
