Just got my car back from Turnpike Autobody…read more Dave and co. repaired a gouge in the car by the rear door. It involved filling the gouge and spraying three panels with a three-layer paint job. The job was completed a day early and the workmanship is top class. Looks great. In addition, the car was spotless inside and received a car wash before I left. Looks like it has been detailed. I have taken vehicles (and car parts) to Turnpike Autobody before and have always been delighted with the results. .. and I am not easy to please. Stay clear of Fuller Collision Center unless you want to spend an excessive amount of time securing…read morean appointment visiting the shop several times for them to initially look at your car, come back again to drop off your car, wait and excessive amount of time to have the repairs completed (3-4 weeks)only to return to find a new dent on the vehicle and be expected to eat the cost, because the owner will not be reimbursed to his satisfaction by his insurance company for damage his employees incurred on your vehicle. Over $6000.00 in repairs, a $1000.00 deductible out of my pocket, but Fuller refuses to replace a part damaged on their site that appears to have been caused by a round metal object. Thankfully, I had taken detailed photos before drop off and then upon my attempted pick up to demonstrate the new damage. (Two photos before, two photos at "pick up." 14 steps on my part interact with this business; Go somewhere else where you will be valued as a customer. FULLER- Unfair business practices and I am a very unhappy consumer. Stay away from this Fuller-centric experience.
