I recently booked a vacation rental with this company over the phone. I was told the rental property was under renovation, that I could not see any pictures of it, but that if I sent a cheque to "hold" the property they would send pictures asap. I was also told I could cancel my reservation if I was not satisfied, and get my cheque back. I never received any images, and due to a new position at work, needed to change the dates of my vacation. I contacted the owner, who very abruptly informed me that I would not get my deposit back (keep in mind this is 3 months before the dates reserved) even if she found a new renter. I would not recommend doing business with this company, and certainly would not advise sending money. read more
