I love this place. My kids and I have been going there for years. I don't even live in the area anymore and I still keep them as a dentist.

I had a very painful week with a cracked lower molar that required a quick review by my dentist…read morewith a quick referral over to CEC within two days of my dental visit. Preliminary exam and X-rays when called back and then a review and consult with Dr. Rolin for everything that would be his recommendation and how the work would take place. A few days later, I returned for the root canal procedure. Since I had been prescribed some outstandingly good pain relief, I had more open mind to my surroundings...which were pristine clean, contemporary to modern architecture and outfitting of the work areas; seating area and some of the highest tech gear I'd ever seen. As the building had been remodeled to suit their profession...cost was not the object when they were ready to open the doors to the general public. The surgeon had a chance to show off the equipment as well as the dreaded local anesthesia that turned out to be painless. The medication was professionally injected and once tested and approved as ready to proceed, the procedure began. I'm 6'5" and usually hanging over the foot rests or having to prop up my head in some fashion...not here. This was the most comfortable dental chair I'd ever been in. Dr Rolin was cognizant of the amount of pressure to exert so that would not be uncomfortable while he worked removing everything that makes for a complete root canal. The process involved enough displays of what was going on that I got involved with work being performed with a professional that could build a model of a 747 in a bottle given the area that he had to work in. I lost track of total time...which is how involved I had gotten plus my view out of the large glare treated windows looking out over the main road leading south...just below 138/20. Somewhere along the line he stopped the work to consult that the molar was indeed cracked and provided the option to remove or continue work on the tooth. He allowed that the crown that was in place was solid and had a great deal of confidence in it's stability. I told him just to carry on as planned...which he did and wrapped up a moderate amount of time later. The painful part was paying the bill...but once I assumed the local had been depleted and no longer numbing pain, I was amazed that there was no pain whatsoever from the damaged tooth or the end results of working in close confines with tools and bracing. I was impressed with the work performed....the cleanliness of everything that I saw and top of the line procedures performed using top of the line equipment for the guidance and views that allowed the good Doctor to perform his work. If you must have a root canal go someplace that takes care of their practice and patients with the utmost care using the best quality equipment, personnel and professionals.

Care was amazing everyone is very attentive, and patient. The type of care is like no otherread more

Great for whole family...from my 9 yr old son to myself ...professional, caring, and hardworking…read more Highly recommend

This is the worst place ever to get assistance after they've done dental work. I always check…read morereviews before I visit anywhere, whether its for personal healthcare, entertainment, food, etc. Coast dental had great revies for their dental services, but awful, horrendous for financial procedures. I said thst surly that won't happen to me, but True and Behold, it did. The Caucasian (don't know her name) lady at the front desk was very rude and demanded that I pay over $900. I was NEVER informed that I needed to pay upfront, because my insurance provider had already informed me that I was approved for the services that I was going to get. Coast dental associates never answer the phone. One's calls are always routed to an answering service. Every single day except for Mondays because they re closed, I have tried to reach out to the answer machine just states that they are experiencing a high volume of calls. Bullcrap!!!! They never answer. You can't leave a message for them. After answering service leaves them a message, they were called back from a number that does not come up coast. Therefore, customers and clients don't answer phones due to the spam calls that we are receiving these days. Whoever calls you back does not leave a message where o you can respond to them. My insurance company told me that I should only have paid $153.00 for services. Me and my insurance company have filed a grievance against this company. For overcharging , patients and not applying the proper insurance that is being paid through our insurance companies. Coast down told me my insurance only $249 and I was left to pay the balance. That is definitely untrue. So be very careful before you have done a work.Done at this place because 9 times out of 10, they are going to overcharge you for services. Surely everyone on google who have left reviews about the financial procedures are not lying. Shame on Coast Dental.

A Grade A experience…read more Starting first with the Office Manager, Sheryl. Very personable and communicative. Warm on the phone and even more so in person--genuinely kind and clearly and simply informed of the process for treatment. Next, Dental Hygienist, Melissa. Her singing was enchanting--completely eased my stress! We just hit it off well! Now on to the X-rays and cleaning. She was great with placement if the bitewings for the X-rays. Nothing hurt! She listened to my concerns regarding my sensitive teeth. I walked away with the most thorough cleaning which included deep-scaling. She covered every cm of my teeth and gums--no shortcuts with Melissa. Finished with photos of each tooth and handed me over to Dr. Gowasack. Dr. Gowasack has a relaxed disposition which made me feel comfortable. He talked to me--not at me. Asked if I had any concerns and addressed them. He was diligent about educating me on my condition of my teeth and offered suggestions with options. Worth noting is that there was a feeling of camaraderie and respect among the team. You can't fake that! I'm looking forward to my next visit to get a new permanent crown installed using more flexible material. I left the office feeling 100% satisfied, unlike my previous visits with chain dental centers.

I just went to have my teeth cleaned here like I have been doing for many years now. I love this…read moredentist, and all the staff. They are so wonderful. They always remember whats been going on in my life and are happy to see me. They really treat me more like a friend then a client. Every time I go I noticed one or two improvements over my last visit. But that not to say that anything was ever lacking. It just seems like they work hard to have the best employees, equipment and procedures. For example this last visit they upgraded to a system which uses snake camera in order to take pictures. It is very very nifty! The camera feed is uploaded real time to a monitor right over head so that both the hygienist and the patient can see what is going on with your teeth, gums etc... I really like this new feature because it makes me so much more comfortable to be able to see clearly exactly what my dentist is explaining to me about the inside of my own mouth! Just recently Dr, Gowasack moved his office into a joint office with Dr. Kerr Wayne (E DDS). I will link this review to his business also because both doctors share the same equipment, and many of the same staff. I can not personally speak for Dr. Kerr but I absolutely would recommend either Dentist. They are superb and really treat you like family here. I have to say not having met Dr. Kerr I like him already. His office is very very nice. It has nice blue ocean/sea/beach decor every where. Pretty fish line the shelves and the bathroom is even decked out with beautiful sea shell decorations. The Lobby has very nice comfortable couches and even has a keurig coffee machine!! If you are anywhere near Conyers I recommend this Dentistry 300 percent! If I am willing to drive almost forty minutes to have someone dig around in my mouth, then that is saying something. I always leave with a smile, and a clean one at that!!
