This is the worst place ever to get assistance after they've done dental work. I always check reviews before I visit anywhere, whether its for personal healthcare, entertainment, food, etc. Coast dental had great revies for their dental services, but awful, horrendous for financial procedures. I said thst surly that won't happen to me, but True and Behold, it did. The Caucasian (don't know her name) lady at the front desk was very rude and demanded that I pay over $900. I was NEVER informed that I needed to pay upfront, because my insurance provider had already informed me that I was approved for the services that I was going to get. Coast dental associates never answer the phone. One's calls are always routed to an answering service. Every single day except for Mondays because they re closed, I have tried to reach out to the answer machine just states that they are experiencing a high volume of calls. Bullcrap!!!! They never answer. You can't leave a message for them. After answering service leaves them a message, they were called back from a number that does not come up coast.Therefore, customers and clients don't answer phones due to the spam calls that we are receiving these days. Whoever calls you back does not leave a message where o you can respond to them. My insurance company told me that I should only have paid $153.00 for services. Me and my insurance company have filed a grievance against this company.For overcharging , patients and not applying the proper insurance that is being paid through our insurance companies. Coast down told me my insurance only $249 and I was left to pay the balance. That is definitely untrue. So be very careful before you have done a work.Done at this place because 9 times out of 10, they are going to overcharge you for services. This place needs serious upgrades! It is run down! Even the blinds are barely hanging on. This place does not look like a thriving business at all! The dentist and the staff is wonderful, but while sitting there in the chairs you get such an itchy feeling. It is dirty everywhere. The equipment has fallen apart. I recently visited on 2/26/2025 for a simple tooth extraction, but I left feeling pressured and frustrated. Instead of just performing the extraction as I requested, the dentist insisted that I needed a bone graft and plug to "help with healing"--without explaining whether it was actually necessary. When I declined the graft (which was over $400), they then said they could do just the plug instead. If they were able to downgrade the procedure, then clearly the graft wasn't essential in the first place. I believe that recommendations should remain just that--a choice. I shouldn't have to agree to extra procedures just to get the basic service I originally came in for. Since they refused to do the extraction unless I agreed to at least one of their add-ons, I decided to walk out. No patient should feel pressured into unnecessary treatments. If you're looking for a dentist who respects your choices without pushing extra costs, I would suggest looking elsewhere.I read more

Where do I start... At the Lilburn location, the dentist put in a crown and the procedure was horrible, even when she put in the permanent crown. Then my follow up cleaning was scheduled on a day when there was no provider so they canceled. Then told me to contact another location so I contacted Conyers. They could not see me then and my appointment was scheduled for a month later. So I pulled up today for my scheduled appointment and the office was closed at 930 on a Wednesday. The door says the office opens M-F 8 to 5. I called the number and the answering service advised me that the office was closed. He was not helpful and couldn't put me in touch with anyone from the office. COAST DENTAL sucks. This is not professional and they can't get their scheduling together. I will contact my insurance and discuss the concerns of this company. And I will need to find another new dentist. I made sure to be off for these appointments and missed a days work twice and did not get seen at Lilburn or Conyers. Also...I received a text later stating I canceled my appointment and should call back to reschedule. I never canceled. They were closed! So aggravated with this group. So beware of Coast Dental. Don't use them. Let them stay closed. read more

Awful is all that I can say about my experience. After waiting 40 minutes past my appointment time to be called back, I left without being able to even finish my xrays. The instrument they used to take xrays cut up my mouth each time it was inserted. I told the technician and her response was "I told you it was going to be uncomfortable." I informed her that the instrument was actually cutting up my mouth, not just uncomfortable. She shrugged and stated there was nothing she could do about it. Horrible office. 9 am appts didn't leave until 1030 ..had me waiting because if a referral that was being faxed and never stated I was waiting to be seen until referral was received , literally spent 5 mins with the Dr , charged me $20 for X-rays that were messed up and couldn't see anything.
