And poorly managed, the manager i "spoke" too didnt tell me her name just told me that the carts cant leave the store and had no answer for me on how the disabled are supposed to get to them, if they are in the store and not allowed to leave the store.. if they could walk they wouldnt need the cart... im absolutely disgusted and outraged at the treatment of the disabled and the elderly.
