My dentist Dr. Madiha Khan and amazing and ensured to thoroughly inspect my teeth. She gave me great recommendations and they were able to get me scheduled for my next visit immediately. Overall, I would highly recommend this dental practice!

When she questioned her about it and tried to explain that she was wrong about the payment and offered to provide proof, she was rudely told she either had to pay what she was asked to pay or cancel her appointment. Then when asked if we could prove there was an error after the fact if we could get a refund, she rudely said "we could talk about." She ultimately ended up making my wife reschedule for TWO WEEKS later. I called to complain and talked to a different woman who was very understanding, professional, and patient. (despite my frustration) She correctly identified my insurance, walked me through what I should have been asked to pay, and rescheduled my wife for two days later. This first woman, who again, turned away my wife who was in pain for her appointment despite her having the correct insurance she claimed to have, was completely unreasonable and unprofessional. She extended the pain my wife was having in her tooth and embarrassed her in front of the other people who were in line behind her. If I were you and this lady was the receptionist I would wait until someone else was available and refuse to work with her. She no idea what she is doing and a miserable person to interact with. (This is not the first time shes been uninformed, unhelpful, and rude to us) This woman should have no place interacting with patients in any manner.

Dear Dr. Zimmet,…read more Thank you so much for taking good care of our family. You recently saw two of our children. Our daughter had a routine cleaning in mid-May, and she is quite proud of herself for quitting her thumb-sucking on the very day that you and Mary gave her your pep talks and pinky promises. She's a very decisive young person, but I know that your straightforward, caring approach to the conversation helped seal the deal on putting that habit in the past. Our son had two cavities filled on June 1st. I was impressed with the way you calmly and positively talked him through the process prior to starting the procedure. My husband and I appreciate you being realistic with him about how he is accountable for preventing future cavities. Kaitlyn's kind disposition made him feel more comfortable, and I can see that she takes pride in doing her job well, too. We do not plan to have any more cavities in our family - it's a new rule around here. :) I do anticipate, however, that we'll need plenty of dental care in the future. I remember my own parents trying out a few dentists on me and my younger siblings when we were kids. It took a while to find a good one. We feel very fortunate that our family has a dentist we can trust to not only take good care of all of our teeth right now, but also someone who will help our children develop good dental habits that will lead to healthy teeth for years to come.
