No "Frecka Plumbing" or any greeting. That should have been my first red flag but I let it go. I am not sure how she heard any of my conversation since I was having it while the phone was ringing. So I get an appt and this guy comes out and says that he's been to the house before (great I thought ...he knows the place, we just bought it last month). Go over some issues and we go upstairs and he points out a leak that I didn't even know existed. I told him I was glad he found it since we were replacing the vanity anyway. I asked him if he could add that to his list. He looks at me and says "what are you talking about?". Gee I don't know, you're a plumber, you pointed out a leak, maybe thats what I mean? I think a 3rd grader could figure it out. After another confused conversation he looks at my daughter's boyfriend and says "Am I retarded?" (referring to himself). I don't know why he said that, other than perhaps he thought I wanted him to replace the vanity (which I didn't and never asked him to). Besides, how did he know maybe perhaps I do have a genuinely retarded relative? That was a very unprofessional and extremely rude thing to say! I don't expect, and never would expect a plumber to do remolding work. Even if he thought that is what I meant, why not clarify before the condescending attitude?? At this point I almost told him to get his tools and get off my property. He tells me he will have to get an estimator out to give me a quote on the work. it's been one week and crickets from Frecka No worries - I wouldn't hire Frecka to fix a leak in my pool floatie let alone my house. I called Kline and Kavali (nice people working there, imagine that). Had the problem taken care of two days after they came out. Stay away from Frecka unless you enjoy being talked down to. If you do, then this is the company for you.

When I tried to explain the issue we were having, one of the workers was very rude and dismissive. Instead of taking the time to listen and fully understand where the flooding was coming from, I felt as though my concerns were being brushed off. A service was then performed that was not actually needed and did not resolve the problem I originally called about. This was extremely frustrating because I contacted a professional company expecting them to properly assess the situation before performing work. As a customer dealing with an already stressful situation involving water and flooding in my home, I expected to be treated respectfully, have my concerns taken seriously, and receive a clear explanation of what work was actually necessary before a service was performed. I am very dissatisfied with both the customer service I received and the way the issue was handled.

The job involved replacing an older Moen shower system with a new Moen digital smart shower. Both technicians were great and took extra time and effort in removing wall tiles so that I can reuse most of the pieces (of course the tile is no longer available). They did a good job with cleanup and packing the tiles and other materials. Overall the job was about half of the estimated cost, and by diagnosing and fixing the jetted tub, they saved me more than $10k that it would have cost to remove and replace it. I couldn't be more pleased and I highly recommend giving them a call.

I do have all the receipts to show what we were charged and paid for, one being a video recording of the drain. So they did nothing more than what we paid for them to do originally. I also sent photos of the freezer position in relation to the outlet used to snake the drain, also the position of the freezer that was unplugged and not plugged back in as they requested. I sent an email with all of this information but I never got a response to my email. So all being said take the response from C Lee to my honest review with a grain of salt as their response is just not true! Proceed with caution if you need service from this business!
