If I should receive poor service, I can feel very frustrated at times, and in an office where you expect to receive top quality, professional, discreet service as advertised, and you do not - it is very frustrating...especially when my health is concerned, and it was in this situation. I chose this attorney to assist me. . It is the integrity of an attorney that makes him worthy of one's business, not location or convenience. When someone retains an attorney, they are trusting that attorney explicitly. To have employees especially or that attorney treat their clients condescendingly or as less a human being than they are is not acceptable. That is how I was treated by a select few employees in MR BOWEN'S office. After voicing my concern about this, even MR BOWEN himself met the others' quality of attitude and suggested I find another attorney. This after he refused to release my case to a more suited attorney for me. This man only wants money and control. He made accusations about me that could not be further from the truth - and instead of asking me about them, he just assumed it was accurate, and lost my vote forever...and anyone who asks my opinion of him! If you call during lunch...Beware! The answering machine does not pick up...THE WIFE DOES...AND SHE BITES! Because this business is a law firm, they should know how important it is to treat individuals with respect, kindness, and the with the basic knowledge that customers are their livelihood. Important: I am a non-drinker. Anyone who knows me knows this is the TRUTH. THIS OFFICE HAS ACCUSED ME OF BEING A DRUG ADDICTED ALCOHOLIC! She obviously is an unhappy person in general lol, now about Joe Bowen and his staff... My husband had a VERY COMPLICATED case, one in which SEVERAL lawyers turned us down because it was so complicated. For some reason Joe Bowen decided to take us under his wing. And that he did. It takes a few years to settle injury claims, we were so broken down emotionally and financially, the WHOLE staff including Lindsey Bowen were always so encouraging and thorough. We would break down in his office during some of the sessions, they were so nice and encouraging. We wanted to give up, they plowed on for us. We did not have to do any dirty work, they did it for us. AND they didn't get paid until we got paid. The office of Joe Bowen really changed our lives. It took SO MUCH pressure off of me financially for the future. Joe Bowen is a very smart attorney. He has this amazing way of keeping you on track. He saves the best evidence for last just when the other side thinks they have you, Joe finishes like a winner. He is the best, and I can't thank them enough. On a side note, I ran into Lindsey Bowen in town when I was having a bad day. She took a minute to hug me and offer more encouragement. Over and above, love these people!!
