I haven't had much, if any, neck issues since then. And even if I get some flare ups, I feel confident to resolve that with the exercises he's given me, and it resolves within a week (usually less). I recently started having really bad lower back pain for about the last 1-2 months and I finally made an appt to see him today. Zach gave me such an informative rundown on the root issues and the assessment was spot-on to my bad [posture] habits. He assured me in the way I needed it and again gave me the proper tools and exercises to feel confident that I can tackle this. I left feeling much less stiffness and tension in my lower back bc he spent some time loosening it up and adjusting my back. Can't say enough wonderful things about the guy and his knowledge. I already recommended him to some of my gfs.

I spent time and money on traditional physical therapy and was prescribed painkillers, repeating the same cycle for almost 7 years with no real relief. Within just one month of working with Zach, my lower back pain was gone. He took the time to properly assess my condition and his adjustments gave me my life back, pain-free. If you have been struggling with long-term pain and feel stuck, do yourself a favor and see Zach. I only wish I had found him sooner.

So when I hobbled into…read moreAdvantage PT for my first appointment with Logan Bannon I was two weeks post op from my total knee replacement. I had just gone from needing a walker to a walking stick. I still had to use a strap to get my leg into bed or up onto the plinth and literally couldn't lift my leg a hairs breath without that strap. Logan didn't roll his eyes, shake his head or chuckle at me. He just started me right off and pushed me to a strong ache but not true pain. I always worked up a sweat but never reached the point of swearing at him. We worked together twice a week for about three months on knee movement, strength, and overall balance. Although this is a busy clinic you aren't tripping over each other and it gives you an opportunity to watch other therapists. They all appeared very professional, supportive and friendly and the clients were kind of role models for me. When Logan and I agreed that although I still needed to keep up the exercises I didn't need the support anymore I 'graduated'. I have to admit I miss the friendly faces and Logan's intelligence and wit. Redmond has several PT clinics to choose from and I checked most of them out before my surgery. Advantage was the one that seemed most professional with a clean and bright working area and not once have I regretted my choice.

And read his reviews of other providers and weigh the review... Arya, apparently you have suffered from pain a long time and for that you have my sympathies. After…read moreexperiencing severe Covid few years ago, I started experiencing persistent breathing problems, sleep issues and severe anxiety along with aggravation in back pain. All the heart and lung scans, and blood tests requested by conventional doctors were negative and I was asked to just live with the breathing issues which were told to be common after Covid and take over counter pain killers for my back pain. I didn't want to take medicine all my life and solve the root case. These issues did not let me have any restorative sleep each night and also affected my work and left me no energy to take care of my young kids when schools opened up after pandemic and everything moved "on-site". I did visit a Chiropractor in Redmond three years ago who hurt me and pinched a nerve in my right shoulder and I was little wary trying out Chiropractic treatment again. After a bout of TMJ recently coupled with so many health concerns which my conventional doctors seemed to give up on, I found Dr Ben while querying ChatGPT for skilled Chiropractor on the East side and felt peaceful and restored right after the first session with him. I walked away feeling less blurry in my left eye and felt lot of my anxiety melt away after the first adjustment he performed on my neck and upper back. It felt like a miracle! I see him twice a week since last 8 weeks and most of the issues I was experiencing are resolved or are on the path of resolution. I get restorative sleep all night and I can engage more with my family and life on day to day basis and can do things I wasn't able to do during last few years. I wholeheartedly recommend his clinic to anyone who wants to regain their energy, calm, and joy in life. P.S. I remember the Physician Assistant at one of the doctor's office tell me three years ago - "There are many people in Seattle area who have sensitive back due to the cold weather and have breathing issues after Covid and it's a part of life and you need to use steam to breathe better and use hot packs to activate the tense back muscles and when you wake up." I would encourage all those folks in Seattle area who have back issues or breathing issues to check out Dr Ben's Clinic and give Chiropractic a try as sometimes aligning the nerves, joints and spine can help those too :)
