Dr. Sue is a super nice guy but would not recommend going here for sciatic/lower back pain. Had to go to the ER the night after one of their treatments and after explaining some of the things they did at that prior visit to a physical therapist, they said that was an extremely poor approach and could have triggered my visit to the ER. Went in for one more follow up visit after that because it was too late to cancel without getting charged anyways. They barely did anything during that visit and was only 15 minutes long. Please give this place a try! I love the concept of airrosti. Dr Sue has always told me their goal is to not establish long term patients but to help fix their issues in an average of 3 visits. I was so devastated that after months chiropractic sessions, I had no neck relief and decided to give airrosti a try, through the recommendation of my coworker. I am SO glad that I did! Dr sue reassured me that my case was not unusual and can be manageable without chiropractor. And after 5 sessions with Dr Sue my neck was completely healed! (Compared to 20+ sessions of chiropractor) At airrosti each session is an hour long, which makes it definitively worthwhile as to 10 minute chiropractor visits. The first visit dr sue will go over the details about their methods/their practice and spends the first 30 minutes giving a deep tissue massage. Then you will go to the next room over and teeree (super sweet) will go over exercises with you for the last 30 minutes. These exercises surprisingly makes a HUGE difference. I truly believe that I recovered so quickly because I continued to do these exercises at home between each session. I no longer go to airrosti since my neck has recovered however when I do get slight pain I just do my exercises and it does the trick! read more

We have gone to Dr. Sue for various issues over the last few years, always with great improvement. This summer my daughter was referred by our PCP to PT for knee pain. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Jarryd helped me with some sports (boxing) related injuries. Maybe one of my appointments started late, but it was just mere minutes and I never felt rushed during my actual appointment. What I really liked was that they have large diagrams of the muscular system and bones - as a visual learner it really helped me better understand what J was explaining. Also, he was upfront about if my issue wasn't what he thought & if it didn't improve he'd recommend imaging or seeing my doctor again. I really appreciated this instead of the office pushing for more treatment like you'd expect some places to do. Their app is very user friendly too. I only go to Airrosti for my PT needs. Dr. Sue is so great at pinpointing the problem area and effectively tackling the issue during the session, I feel progressively better after each session and have a wider range of motion than I did 30 minute prior to each session. Please also keep in mind your progress requires homework outside of the clinic - don't be lazy! :) I've seen Dr. Sue for lower back and knee issues as well as physical therapy for my recent surgery around my chest and arm area. Found out about Airrosti through a friend/co-worker. I had always had back/neck pain and had recently had it come shooting back. I've gone to a traditional chiropractor, that has had me go on this long drawn out care plan and I was over it, so I decided to give Airrosti a shot. Their "claim to fame" if that they can fix whatever is hurting you in an average of 3.2 visits. I filled out a form on the website on a Friday and immediately got a call to schedule an appointment for Monday morning. They also said they would follow up with my insurance to see what the appointment costs would be before I had my appointment that Monday, which they did do. Fast forward to the appointment where I met with Raymond. He went into the "about" Airrosti, we talked about my pain and the plan to work through it. He did say that even though their "claim to fame" was to "fix" you in 3.2 visits every person if different and that he would do his best to relieve the pain as quickly as he could. Each appointment starts with 30 minutes of the manual therapy of the muscles/tissue with Raymond then 30 minutes of physical therapy with Teree. The physical therapy consists of a specific exercise plan custom to you to help work out and strengthen the muscles that are causing the pain. Both Raymond and Teree are awesome. They know what they're doing and are just good people all around. I even got a handwritten thank you card after my first visit. I only had to do 3 sessions before I was feeling much better, so it does work! If you're having any aches or pains give these guys a shot! read more

Airrosti provides very patient centered care in clinic with a dedicated therapist who explains what he is doing, how it will feel now and later and provides very quick results. I do believe that the pain was reduced from two visits and would have wanted to go back for a third visit; however, that is where this place needs a huge level of improvement. The calls are handled by the "corporate " office in Texas. The Texas office must have a goal of getting callers off of the phone as quickly as possible. The Texas call center flat out refuses to help with insurance questions- saying you just have to wait for the bill to see how it is billed. That does not work when Premera is billed $400 for a one hour office visit. If a patient has a billing question about how exactly you will bill (not a most likely, perhaps or it should be answer)- they should have a right to know as they are responsible for the bill. When I cancelled the last appointment I clearly told the phone rep I would love to keep it but need to know with certainty how the bill is being processed which she said they did not know until insurance paid up. Insurance can only provide so much without having an actual bill sent from the clinic so this is not a Premera issue only. Airrosti uses very detailed marketing- a simple look at the website screams marketing, In clinic even the Kinetic tape is logo city. The care here from Dr. Ray Sue is fantastic, I just wish his employer cared as much about patients as he does. read more

If you have any injuries at all, definitely go see Dr. Ray Sue! For the past 3 years, I've had different issues in my right hip area - front of the hip, back of the hip (possibly SI joint), glute, and lower back. Every time I'd have a problem, I'd see a sports medicine doctor who would diagnose the issue and then send me out to a physical therapist. Each time I did that, the problem would be fixed for a while, but that familiar dull ache around the SI joint and glute would eventually come back. I just decided I'd have to work around it! Soon after Dr. Ray started working with Airrosti, I decided to see what he could do. Already after 2 visits, the dull ache was relieved! Normally after doing kickboxing for a while it would flare up pretty bad. I really got to test how well he worked on me by attending a 2 day kickboxing workshop. Admittedly, there was a very slight dull ache, but it was way better than before! Also, doing a certain type of motion that normally set it off no longer aggravated my old injury. About an hour ago, I finished my treatment for Achilles tendonitis at Airrosti, and wanted to post my review right away. I can't say enough good things about the place. First, they successfully treated my tendonitis in four visits. When I initially went in, I was in a good bit of discomfort and assumed my physical therapy would take many weeks. I was pleasantly surprised when Ray told me that after 3 or 4 visits, I'd be in much better shape. Even after my first treatment, I was amazed at how much better I felt. And sure enough, after 4 visits, my Achilles and ankle are now pain-free and have their full range of motion restored. Second, the team at Airrosti is awesome. I had the privilege of working with Ray and Lindsey. Both are extremely knowledgeable, and they took the time to answer all of my questions. Dr. Sue and Teree are amazing! Concise, results driven and friendly, this team provided relief for my right knee. I started working out once more and after some heavy lifts and my right knee would take 2 days to settle. I could not walk properly after just air squats for 2 days!! After 3 sessions, Dr. Sue released major knots (ouch but worth it) in my ankle and hips. With this release and "window of opportunity" (Dr. and Teree repeat this often... makes sense) Teree provides rolls/ stretches to help ensure the fascia stays smooth. It was no joke and a TON of work. But after 3 appointments, and twice daily exercises, I did heavy back squats and was absolutely pain free!!! It's been about a month now. First visit brought some relief, second worsen my condition so bad I couldn't sleep for 2 nights and I was in constant pain. I had shoulder problems, turned out it was a herniated disc. The visits always felt rushed. Ray is a nice guy, the second part of visits the girl is too relaxed, drinking canned drinks. They both talk very fast and rush through the visit, at least it seems like. My second visit was still treating shoulder instead of neck/spine. They never use any tools, laser, machines, equipment (only lacrosse ball). I got few helpful posture tips, but the diagnose was wrong. Overall experience is a Walmart of physical therapy, bad corporate feel. The night I was in a huge pain I went to dr Perkins in Summit Sports and Spine-he offered to see me after hist last appointment and I see improvement with each visit.
