My experience with her has been amazing. My experience with regular MDs has been that they're quick to diagnose with just a symptom then they'll try to throw a pill at you and send you on your way. Laura, though... She looks at you as a complete person. ALL your symptoms, your current/past lifestyle, diet, mental state and other things will be taken into consideration when she makes a health plan for you. She looks at long-term and short-term. Her initial treatment is typically conservative but she takes a very balanced approach and knows when not to be conservative. If you get labs done, she'll explain the results to you in English. She's passionate about her work. And, as other reviewers have said, she really truly listens. In conclusion...please don't see her unless I've booked my appointment first. ;)

Personally, I love that we have a place offering halotherapy in town and I think the prices are super reasonable. Note: you may want to leave your phone and smart watch in the car! The salt can corrode electronics over time with a lot of exposure. Staff were super helpful and were very kind in accommodating a disability that I have. It was no big deal to them, and I very much appreciated being treated so kindly! We're lucky to have a spot like this in town. I can't wait to go back!

Sharon is an amazing teacher and so knowledgable. I'd really recommend the Yoga Nidra series, a single class is so great for my stress and emotional wellness, but I saw noticeable results after doing several in a row. I recently tried the CHIYOGIDRA class, which was a different, gentle and fun combination of yoga, Chi Gong and yoga nidra.

They offer an array of levels to choose from as well as awesome events for those that would like to be enlightened on some yogic topics. I purchased an unlimited pass and only used it once so far. The yoga teacher I encountered was Meghan and she was teaching a F2 Vinyasa class. I loved her instruction and tone. It was fluid and offered great options. I would note that you may want to tell your instructor if you are opposed to adjustments if it's not your thing. The group present that night was pretty mellow and all going at their own pace, which is fine. The vibe could have been a little less segregated but I didn't mind so much. There are props available for use and mat rental for a dollar. I suggest checking them out online to view their class offerings and pricing. If the shoe fits, go to the groupon site to see if they are offering a deal your willing to indulge in. In retrospect, I'd go for a punch card because you never know what may come up and not be able to take advantage of the full month but if your motivated, it may be right for you. They also do teacher training here as well- just to throw it out there. Great studio for first timers!!
