I will never use them again. The whole experience was awful. I was quoted one price, then charged a much higher amount after services were rendered. They tried to drop off and charge for bins I never ordered. I paid in full, but I was still sent invoices for past-due amounts. There is no internal communication. JUST HORRIBLE! read more

I will say the quote was ok, the pick up was fine but it took 15 days to come out of my account when I tried to contact them to double check it was "a third party billing service". They could tell me nothing helpful. I do seem to remember a direct call from a sales agent to set the service up and after I gave him my payment info that was the last time I could actually speak with a rep. I don't know about anyone else but I am sick of dealing with third party billing agents. read more
