Best movers in the Capital Region, hands down. I had called 5 different moving companies and the prices were absolutely INSANE. Care n Errands came in over 1k cheaper than all of the competing quotes I received and these guys were INCREDIBLE. They were extremely careful with our belongings as well as our home. They wrapped everything with care to ensure nothing as damaged and they did a truly incredible job. I have moved over 8 times in the last 10 years and these are hands down the best movers I have ever worked with. I have never had a move before where my belongings and/or my home weren't damaged and these gentleman did what I truly thought was impossible. Nothing broke or was damaged! We also had a washer and dryer in our upstairs laundry room that needs to be taken down and replaced with new ones and they did that nightmare of a job without hesitation. We have a lot of stairs and twists and turns in our new home and they navigated it with ease and care. There was an excellent level of communication as well. Day of I got a call confirming an approximate time that they would arrive and then a follow up when they were a few minutes out. After the left the house we were moving from, they communicated with us that they'd be grabbing some water and a bite but that it wouldn't be included in our moving time and let me know when to expect them at the new house as well. Unloading was amazing and they were also communicating with me to know where I wanted each individual piece of furniture and they were super kind when I needed some things moved around as well. Everyone was kind, respectful, and professional and you truly couldn't ask for a better group of movers. If they price quoted seems too good to be true, I thought the same thing and trust me, it's REAL! These guys are amazing and your belongings are truly in the best of hands. They demonstrated professionalism while also being personable, which was especially important as they helped my elderly parents transition from their home of 55 years to a senior living community. Their understanding of the emotional challenges involved in this move was exceptional. They managed to bring humor to the situation while maintaining a respectful demeanor, helping my parents feel at ease and alleviating some of the stress. Best experience! Communicative, efficient, professional, and affordable. I moved from my fourth-floor one-bedroom apartment to a new home and was so grateful I hired Care N Errands. I had initially planned on hiring movers to help with the large furniture I was unable to fit in my SUV so I could save money by taking all of the smaller boxes and items myself. They were so efficient in moving the furniture, they also helped me move all of my boxes! It made such a difference. I selected them because of their reviews which were only five stars, no lower.
