I kindly told the representative that I did not want to provide my information yet but I did want a quote. The gentleman told me that he had better things to do than to chase down potential customers and if I could not give him my information that he could not give me a quote, then he hung up. I called back and got Mike on the phone. Mike asked for generic information which I provided and asked if I currently had a service and I advised that yes we did (Shred-It) and he asked what we paid. I let him know we paid $40 for two bins every eight weeks. He said that he could not beat that quote. I said well I am still interested in knowing the cost of the service and he told me he couldn't do that and hung up on me! When I called back again I got a manager and she took no ownership of what had happened and did not apologize; however, she then wanted to provide me of a service quote!
