I received a fairly prompt response indicating they had been busy and apologizing for the delay. They again promised a proposal by the following Monday. Later that day we noticed that there was a dirty soiled cleaning rag left on top of our clean clothes that we had folded on a shelf. I also let the owner Daniel know about this. His was response was extremely unprofessional. He said "your place was pretty bad and my cleaners transformed your place and youre making a big deal about a rag?" I will say also he sent me $50 back but after his insulting unprofessional response I would prefer a professional accomodating reply instead of any money back.
