We had a really great experience with Showtime Moving & Storage. They picked up a grand piano from my father-in-law's house, delivered it to ours, then took our old upright and transported it to donation. They were attentive, responsive, fit us in quickly and very fairly priced. David and his partner took their time wrapping everything properly, protected floors and walls without being asked, and moved with intention. No rushing, no careless bumps, no chaos. They communicated clearly throughout the process and made what could have been a very stressful day feel controlled and smooth. Hopefully we will not need to move a piano again anytime soon. But if we do, we are absolutely calling them. Highly recommend. read more

Showtime Moving & Storage is a great company with great people. Fast response, reasonable prices, communicative and efficient. I was looking to move an upright piano into my home. I'm a student and money is a bit tight, so I was hoping to be able to negotiate a reasonable price with any potential movers. After calling several companies, I got in touch with David at Showtime Moving. I told him about my situation and he was very accommodating. He gave me a price that none of the other companies I called would match. I was there when David moved my piano and I saw everything - he took great care in making sure that the piano would be moved safely and efficiently throughout the entire process. He was communicative and polite. I would totally go to him again for any moving needs. David, if you're reading this, you're the man! Thanks so much for everything. read more

If you're looking to get your piano moved, look no further!!! David was fantastic to work with when it came to moving an upright piano I had gotten. I was lucky enough to find a piano on FB marketplace that was free, so when it came to getting it moved to my current place, I started scouring the internet to find someone who could 1) move it within 2 days & 2) who was reasonably priced. I called up David after seeing reviews of the level of service but also affordability. He answered upon first call and was incredibly flexible working within such a small time window. He knows what he's doing and takes very good care when moving something as fragile as a piano. Thank you, David!!! read more

5 stars and 2 thumbs up Showtime! Dave and Narek were awesome - flexible with my schedule and quick to respond to questions over phone and text. They handled my new piano like it was their own, super careful and all. Made the whole thing stress-free. Totally recommend these guys! read more

David and Marco handled my piano very well and carefully. Going to call them again for a future move.

The moment I phoned Dave, he was very nice answering my questions and was able to move my piano the very next day after purchasing it. He was super careful delivering it, took the time to put it together, and offered some suggestions on how to care for it. I told him that I might need him to move my piano again in a few months because I'd be getting new floors. He said that I could give him a call then, and he'd be happy to help again. I highly recommend Dave. With his expertise and professionalism, you won't regret it! read more

David the best! When you watch him move the heaviest of pianos, and see how calm and thoughtful and careful he is, you begin to realize what is at stake when you start lifting and moving these things. Pianos are heavy! It is an artform to move them. Dave is the Leonardo Da Vinci of piano moving - he is artful, precise, clever, patient, and gets the job done. My husband is a composer, meaning we have moved many pianos, and I can say with good authority, Dave is the best! read more

Extremely happy with Showtime Moving. They removed my piano, kept it in their storage and brought it back after my home construction was finished. Super respectful and professional. Will definitely use it again. read more

We used Show Time Moving in February to move a grand piano from San Diego to our house in Santa Clarita. They were on time, professional, and had integrity. No pricing changes or surprises. When I asked them if I needed to buy the optional insurance on the contract, the owner said nobody has needed it in 17 years. read more

This company gets mixed reviews; On the plus side, the service was excellent. I called late in the afternoon, they answered right away. I explained I have a piano to be picked up and transported to my house. They were available that next morning, the price was right. I also said if they wanted my current piano, they could have it. They said yes, we donate pianos. Great! They arrived right on time to pick up the piano. The person I got it from said they were just terrific. They arrived when they said they would and did a great job bringing my new piano in. So far so good. 10 out of 10. Here's where it went south; they told me in order to take my old piano away it would cost $80! I was floored. Not because of the money but because they didn't advise me when arrangements were made the day before. I didn't want my old piano in the middle of my living room so I paid the money and was done with it. (I also got a comment that my old piano was a little bit beat up, as if they were taking a risk. If someone donated a free piano to me or my organization I would be grateful, not say "It's a little beat up.") Anyway, the delivery was excellent, the surprise $80 was a shock and not appreciated. David and his associate were fantastic. I bought a piano and the seller was incredibly difficult with setting up a time to pick up the piano but David was patient throughout the scheduling process and worked with me to deal with the seller's difficulty. They were punctual and efficient with the moving and did it for a fantastic price. They also helped me with leveling off the piano since a corner of it was damaged (piano was damaged by previous owner). If you need a piano moved, they're your guys. read more

David and team Showtime Moving cane highly recommended for moving our beautiful baby grand for an outdoor Gala. Because of the elements It required the piano be the last piece in place for the show and the first price being moved indoors. We set the time, an invoice was emailed and I never had to worry. He was there on time and moved the piano without any trouble. I almost didn't even know he was there. Like magic. #garrymarshalltheatre #gala2017 #babygrand read more

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I was having my piano moved 3 blocks and was charged $230, which would have been completely fine, however they left the piano at the bottom of my stairwell AND LEFT! When I called David to remedy the situation, he said he did not know there were stairs, so he left the piano outside. So I basically paid $230 to have a piano rolled 3 blocks down the street and he told me to talk to his lawyers if I had an issue. I then proceeded to ask for the lawyers information and the told me he was going to hang up on me. When I asked why he wouldn't give me the information of his lawyers, he said I can do what I want and he'll see me in court. I have never felt so scammed and violated by a company. DO NOT USE THEM!! read more

I have an upright piano that I needed to be moved from Hollywood to EagleRock. Other places quoted me prices that made it seem like I was moving my piano out of state instead of 7 miles. David was more than fair and super professional. He worked with me and was super patient, even when it took some extra work to coordinate which day me and the recipient could do it. Even when we had an unexpected extra flight of stairs, he gave a very fair up charge. They did a great job maneuvering less than stable terrain and did so while keeping my piano protected. I would recommend them to anyone looking to move. Great price for quality professional movers! read more

Couldn't be happier with their services! They are exceedingly careful and they work so quickly. I'm so happy with them.

I called many movers in the Burbank/Glendale area and decided to go with Showtime Moving. We are remodeling our bathroom and I found a very heavy clawfoot tub that needed to be moved from La Crescenta to my home in Glendale. The gentlemen on the phone was very professional and the quote was very reasonable. They came to the home owners home, moved the 200lb tub with all the accessories and promptly delivered to my residence in Glendale. I couldn't be happier. read more

I recently moved & discovered that I was unhappy where I had my original moving company place my baby grand piano. Unfortunately, my original movers were not able to come back out to move the piano without charging me their required four hour minimum. Show Time Moving gave me a very reasonable flat rate to move my baby grand piano across my living room to a new location. Making an appointment was quick and easy. David and Jeremiah were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and extremely professional. They even helped me rearrange the rest of my furniture in the room without any additional charge! Pianos pose unique challenges when being relocated. I am EXTREMELY happy with Show Time Moving service and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone seeking experienced, competent, & careful movers!!! read more

Over a month has passed since I hired Showtime, but I had to leave a review about them. They were fantastic. I had 6 pallets of items shipped across the country and the delivery service not only wouldn't give an exact time of delivery, but they intended to drop my items curbside when they arrived! I had 3 days to find someone who would be "on call" for a 6 hour delivery window. Showtime Moving and Storage saved the day for me. I found out about Showtime Moving and Storage the day before the delivery. They were so easy to work with and agreed to take the job, even though they didn't know exactly when I'd need them. When my items arrived, they not only unwrapped the pallets, but they moved everything for me and took the trash/pallets afterward. Their prices are great, their service was great, they were extremely accommodating to my special requests and they happened to be nice, as well! I HIGHLY recommend Showtime Moving & Storage! read more
