My 2007 Shelby GT 500 was in a car accident, and that's why I'm writing this review. There was mild to major damage along the passenger side of the car. Amazingly the door was not touched at all. I called the Ford dealership in Redlands and asked them who they use. They gave me two shops to call in the Redlands area. One of the shops they recommended was i-car-gold certified. Not being familiar with autobody shops, I researched what it was. https://www.i-car.com/Home/Educational-Programs/Gold-Class-Professionals-Business-Recognition On the i-car-gold site, I could search for shops within a 50 mile radius of my home. Showtime Collision was shown in my search. I looked at their website, and I was impressed with what I saw. I had no idea they had such a large facility. The shop is about 15 minutes from my house. They are a family owned shop and they have been in business for 30+ years. I asked the shop that ended up towing my Shelby what they thought, and they highly recommended them. So my Shelby was loaded up and dropped off. The customer waiting area was very clean, and the staff that greeted me were friendly and happy to help. The shop is pet friendly and they have a few shop dogs running around. All very friendly. One of the employees, Michael, is a mustang guy, so that put me at ease. The whole process was very easy for me. I bring in the damaged car, they take my info, deal with my insurance company, and then I get to go pick up my fixed Shelby. Not having dealt with a major car accident, I wasn't sure what parts would be used. I was hoping for all Ford factory parts, and I was not disappointed. When I picked up my car, Tyler Makeig walked me through everything that was done. Tyler made sure that all Ford parts were used on the repair. Looking over the invoice, I can see for myself all of the Ford part numbers and the pricing. Thank goodness for insurance! So, how did the car come out? Just like new! The Shelby is Torch Red with white stripes, and it looks amazing. The sun was blazing when I picked it up, and this baby shines! The car was totally detailed. The engine bay looks great, tires, wheels, everything. What a fantastic job. All of the staff that I met, Tyler, Erica, Lisa, Michael and Mae provided 5 Star Customer Service. I even got an estimate to have my 1994 Cobra painted there. I would not hesitate to recommend this amazing shop. The car drives great, tracks straight down the road. Does not pull when you brake. It's like factory new. There were zero issues with the process. Luckily, I had another car to drive, and I told them to take their time, and that I was not in a rush to get it back. Having worked in the auto industry for five years, sometimes a shop has no control over when parts show up, or availability on a part(s), but again there were no issues. I think the car was ready on a Tuesday or Wednesday, but I couldn't get there to Friday, so it was all good. Thank you to everyone at Showtime that put my car back to factory new specs! Great job! I went to Showtime Collision after damaging my 2022 Chevy Colorado. The staff when I walked into get my estimate were very friendly and made me feel like I was not just another customer walking through the door. The waiting room has a very welcoming atmosphere and is designed around classic cars! Everyone I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They made sure that if I had any questions they were answered and that my bill was clearly understood. After they took in my truck, the staff kept me up to date on the repairs and the status of my truck via email, text, and phone calls. It was a breeze to follow along with the repairs and know when my truck would be coming home with me! When I picked up my truck it looked amazing. Better than the day I purchased her. The repairs were done extremely well and looked like it had never been damaged. They even detailed my truck to the point it looks better than when it rolled off the factory floor! I do not even know where to start and there are not enough good words I can use to describe Showtime Collision and their staff. Let me start by saying I love my car and it was super babied and I was devastated when it caught a guard rail to avoid a head on collision. I was even more blindsided when my insurance company approved the fix and then weeks later totaled the car. There was no frame damage and air bags did not deploy. Erica and Holly were so patient and showed great empathy while I fought for two months+ for my car to be fixed and the "total" to be reversed. They helped above and beyond what I am sure they were supposed to. I am beyond grateful for their compassion. (I did cry a few times). From the first moment I brought the car in and Michael and Erica provided the estimate to meeting Ryan in the back shop and Erica and Holly keeping me posted, this shop has been nothing but exceptional. I again cried when I finally got to pick up my car and she was beautiful and looked like nothing ever happened. Thank you is not enough but it is all I can give! Oh man where to start !! Probably at the beginning. First I called and asked a bunch of redundant questions and what if's and all kinds of stuff and they helped and explained everything nice and clear . Then I made the appointment and two days later I'm down at the shop. May comes out takes inventory of dents and whatnots answers more redundant questions and reassures me that my cars in good hands and that it will all be quick and easy. So I leave thinking man I feel good about them working on my car. Every week I got text updates and phone calls letting me know progress and exactly what's going on they took care of all the insurance co stuff the hassle all of it . They did an amazing job repairing my fusion ! I can't tell my car was ever damaged. they treated my family with courtesy and respect (huge) and made sure we were completely satisfied. On top of that held my wife's door as she loaded up car seats kids and diaper bags. AND left a candy bar ! Now that is professionalism and customer service at its finest . From start to finish, Showtime collision provided the best service hands down of any repair/body shop I've been to. Their front office staff are beyond helpful, friendly, and detail oriented. I live in big bear, so it's not always easy to deal with a car repair situation when you don't really have options in the mountains. I knew right when I walked in that my car would be taken care of just as good as I was. They made the ENTIRE process an absolute breeze and even worked with my insurance in getting a rental car up to the shop, which is huge when you live in a small mountian town with little to no options locally. And the work speaks for itself 100%. My car looks brand new, and they even fully detailed the entire car inside and out. You could never tell there was any damage whatsoever. Showtime Collision Repair does exceptional quality work. They treat you and your vehicle so well and you feel like family. Their work is first class. You get updates frequently on your phone. No need to call them. They text you with your repair status. All the people at Showtime really car about you and your car's needs and exceed them. My car looked better than new when I picked it up at Showtime. They even buffed out the scratches on the door from my dogs. They are Subaru experts which really showed when you see their quality work but they work on all types of vehicles. They even went above and beyond to check a few mechanical things for me to make sure my Subaru was safe and solid to drive without a charge to me or the insurance company. Iv been in 3 accidents in the past almost 4 years neither was I at fault....i came across Showtime needing a auto body shop that was close due to living in the mountains...but my experience with Showtime was unbelievable they were very professional they made sure I was taken care of even when the insurance company's wouldn't help me out neither the hole Showtime crew took care if my vehicle to the fullest there work is the best work iv seen I pick up my vehicle and it's like nothing had happen Showtime are very professional and take care of there customers this is the many reasons why they stay in business for so many years....hopfully I don't get involved in another accident but worse case scenario if that were the case Showtime would have my business for sure thank you to the people at showtime for taking good care if my and my vehicle you definitely have my business for years to come hopefully no more accidents but you never know when driving on the road...... read more

If I could, I would give them 10 stars out of 5! Best experience I could of had! I went to many places around the Big Bear Area, for estimates on my car. And wasn't liking the vibe from any of them. I had many people tell me to go to showtime. So I went and my first experience of just walking in was amazing. Friendly faces, clean/good smelling waiting room and was helped immediately. Showtime not only helped me immediately but actually got all the parts ordered and in the next day from my estimate. I was blown away! They also had my rental car waiting at the shop so all I had to do was drop off my car and jump into the new, and I was on my way within about 15 mins. The company sent me little texts throughout the experience letting me know how my car was coming along. My Vehicle: 2013 Chevy Suburban (Crystal Red) I recently had work done on this vehicle after it was backed in to. They did a flawless job as usual, and lived up to the reputation they have created for themselves. I have been a local resident here in Running Springs for 18 years, so this wasn't the first time I have used them. When I drop my vehicle off with them, I know it will be repaired the right way, and the amazing work they do has become an expectation. They are not the cheapest, but I've always believed, "You get what you pay for". This last visit, what stuck in my mind was the front office staff. They really make the process smooth, and always keep you in the loop of your vehicles' status. The process of getting a rental was easy as well, and their staff made sure that we received a comparable sized vehicle. The office staff are always very nice and easy to talk to. I took my Subaru Impreza here to get my guard under my car replaced after hitting something, not only was the service Incredible but the environment was so fun to wait in while waiting for my car to be finished. I did not use insurance for this and felt the prices were great and they did an amazing job and were super quick. They were super responsive via email before I took my car in answering all my questions and concerns right away as well as they could from pictures sent before driving the car in. Since then I have gotten a new car and ran into a pole I emailed them with pictures and got an immediate response with places that they trust to get the dent removed and I also took my car into get a quote as the bumper got cracked as well. Their main concern is fixing your car and to their best ability and their prices are competitive. I would highly suggest using them and will defiantly be using them again for my future needs. read more

Showtime is by far the best shop I've ever been to! I've had my fair share of issues with cars in the past and have been to a couple of different collision centers, but Showtime's staff, customer service and quality of work will always keep me going back to them. Erica never fails to greet me with a smile and I love that she always takes the time to fully explaining everything to me. The entire staff at showtime is so kind and helpful, you can definitely tell that they truly enjoy doing what they do & always put 110% into whatever they may be working on, whether it's the whole front end of my bumper or a few scratches and dents on my door, they treat it as if it were their own car. I had a problem with the roof of my Corvette--seemed it wanted to fly away whenever I pressed on the accelerator :-D So I took it into Showtime and Erica and Tyler really took care of me. I mean, I grew up in LA....not stupid, I know how this works....any other auto body shop would have plopped some cheap glue down and then rang me up --plus extra for having a performance vehicle and extra for the 'Asian tax". Not Showtime. They actually told me to wait a few days just to make sure they were confident the adhesive bonded securely and my roof was secure. I appreciated that level of quality control. All in all, I can probably say that my repair was much lighter than some of the other collision repair jobs they get....but that didn't mean they treated me any different. I was really down when the car I had just bought was rear ended. Your positive attitude made me feel so much better and I knew everything would be all right. Erika you explained how my insurance worked and helped me understand all the in and outs of it. You even went out of your way to get us a rental. That's customer service right there!! When I got my car back it looked great. It was like nothing ever happened and all that was put behind us. When it comes to body work I wouldn't have anyone else touch my cars. The first time I went here for body work it was really only because they were local and that's all. Once we received our car back I was so happy with the work I knew I would never goto another body shop again. We now have a new car after selling the first one we brought to showtime, and after a fender bender while my wife was driving it was time to return to showtime for more body work on the new car lol. The car looked immaculate inside and out when we got it back the second time, not only was the work incredible but they somehow managed to make the car look better inside and out THEN WHEN WE PULLED IT OFF THE LOT AT THE DEALER!!! We have had the misfortune to have been backed into twice in one of our cars and once in the other car. AAA referred us to Showtime the first time - we gladly went back again (and again...and again)! The care our cars received was wonderful. Our questions were answered completely, the time frame was exact and the office staff epitomizes customer care. My family and I recently got into an accident near Big Bear Lake on our way up the mountain. Being that we are from San Diego it is nothing short of a treacherous drive. It's easy to say Showtime Collision was the best thing that could've happened to us with this unfortunate event. Every other aspect of this accident whether it was from insurance to rental cars was an absolute disaster but somehow the employees at Showtime made it all better. BEST COLLISION CENTER EVER! My sister's car was repaired there 8-9 years ago and I always remembered how impressed she and her husband were by the service they received. Her jeep hit a tree after she slid on the ice and she thought there was no way anyone could have made it look brand new again but Showtime did. When I had an accident with my brand new car, I didn't hesitate when my insurance asked me which collision center I wanted to use. They treated me just as they had my sister and I too became a fan!
