To accommodate "social distancing" they have adjusted their online ticket purchasing so that when you buy "a ticket" you actually get the seat between two empty seats on each side of you. This is a cool system, in theory. So I can't blame the theater for: 1.) When I was moving across the row to my seat a seated client said, "Are we in your seat?" which means they were NOT in their ticketed seats. 2.) Three movie goers came in after the movie started and sat down directly in front of me, which is not possible since seating is for every other row. They obviously were not in their ticketed seats. However the theater appears to be doing a good job with wearing masks and gloves, cleaning the bathrooms and trying to keep their clients at appropriate "social distances", I can't blame them for "non-compliant clients".

However, the other day I was feeling much better and mustered up the energy to finally see Wicked For Good. I always drive past this theatre when I'm running errands, and it's actually the closest theatre to my house. So, I figured it was time to test this place out. I came without purchasing a ticket in advance. First thing I like about this theatre is you can purchase your ticket on the kiosk. You select your movie, then you select what type of seat you want- a standard recliner or a cuddlier seat. It was just me so I selected the recliner which was $7.95. I do like the idea of the cuddlier sofa though, that's super cute for couples. However, when I tried to pick where I wanted to sit only one seat was available to book. Which was very surprising to me because the theater wasn't that full and the movie has been out for months now. Thinking it was a glitch of the kiosk, I went to the counter to purchase tickets. Then I saw the screen where I could pick my seat and again there was only one seat I could pick. So I picked that seat thinking the theater wasn't going to be jammed packed (spoiler it wasn't). So, that's the only thing I was confused about. Why were seats block off when the theater wasn't full. Other than this mishap I really enjoyed my experience here. Luckily my seat ended up being a decent seat and it was exceptionally comfortable. There was a red button you could push which I assumed was a seat warmer, I pushed it but I didn't notice any changes in the temperature of my seat. For food I got a medium sprite and a large popcorn. It costs me about $18. Which is typical. I will say next time I'll order a medium popcorn, the large was so big I wasn't able to finish it before the movie was over! All in all this is a very solid theater. Very friendly employees, seats are comfortable and clean, oh and I forgot to mention they have a bar. So that's pretty cool. I can definitely see myself returning here again!

This movie theater has a bar where you can purchase alcoholic drinks for your movie. The only downside is that some of the theaters are smaller so if you don't purchase with enough advance notice, you won't be able to get a good seat, even for an older movie.

I loved that there is a separate space with its own common area, smaller restrooms, and concession stand. They had movie specific posters, IMAX posters, and a display all in this area as well for the fans. We visited to experience The Odyssey as the film was shot and intended to be seen. It was amazing hearing how many people travelled from far away to also experience the movie. Andrew did a great job kicking off our experience with background on the film, imax experience, and why it's so special. We had an amazing time in the imax area but simply noticed that the remainder of the space felt not as nice.

My daughter has some membership there, so she got a free small popcorn. The popcorn turned out to be stale and lackluster. Afterwards, I went to the counter with the small bag still full, and told them about this, asking for some fresh popcorn. I was told by a manager that this was their "ranch popcorn" that they gave out for the coupons and it was prepackaged. They could not substitute the regular fresh popcorn for it which he called "Gourmet Popcorn". So, popcorn being incredibly cheap in the first place, a manager could not see the benefit of having a happy customer over an unhappy one. And, at the end of the night they have to throw it away anyhow.

I loved how the theater rows are so slanted downward that your view is never obstructed by the people's heads in the rows in front of you. The reclining seats are a little worn but did not present any problems. Another great thing is that there is alot of leg room. One free refill on popcorn. Ticket and snack prices are reasonable. The movie trailers before the actual movie starts are long. Our 4:45pm show did not actually start until 5:10pm, so don't worry if you are running late. You will probably make it on time before the actual movie starts. Very good movie going experience.
