The auto speaks for itself and the price equaled the value but the process leading up to the final drive away was phenomenal. Our sales rep was Alex and he was exactly what the doctor ordered. He was engaging but not overbearing. His coffee making skills are limited but we didn't come to Showcase to drink coffee. John Murphy ( director of finance) did a great job of staying in his lane but making certain we were afforded the " legal" information necessary to complete the sale. The much maligned "dog and Pony show" was not part of the process No dog or no pony, just a very professional approach to making us a happy customer and Showcase making a buck. Even though I live 600 miles away from this dealership, I would gladly make the trip with the way we were treated. Went in to have a duplicate key made. During our trip to mi we noticed one of the doors on our used 2022 mitsubishi we just bought doesn't open from the inside. Showcase fixed that, the door panel, and replaced a seal that wasn't tight enough all under warranty. All in just over an hour! Simply amazing! This is how a dealership should be run. read more

everyone at Showcase is friendly and knowledgeable. We've purchased 3 vehicles from them since 2007. Our 07 Galant was totaled by our son in 2015 and prior to that, only needed one $60 part (other than oil, brakes, etc.). The second Galant was an 08 which replaced the totaled 07. My son is still driving it with 210,000 miles. It has only needed an oxygen sensor. Called regarding Montero that I was told a deposit had been put on. Was told by Jeremy that I would be the first to be called, first on his list, if the deal fell through -- he promised me, really, whatever weight that holds with a car salesman. Car remained advertised online for three more weeks. I called about three more times and emailed dealership through these weeks for status on the car and got no response. Fast forward to today. Called again this afternoon and found out that Jeremy has since taken another deposit since the first person flaked. I got zero communication from Jeremy or dealership via phone or email. I am disappointed. I am financed and ready to buy the car outright. I guess their business is so booming as to let this ready, willing and able customer walk away. read more

My first vehicle purchase over the internet and it went very smoothly! Jereme is a straight shooter and described the vehicle to me exactly as it appeared. He provided me with the appropriate information on the vehicles background, offered additional pictures and was able to give me personal history of the vehicle. I had the vehicle independently inspected and they agreed that it was in truly excellent condition as Jereme stated. We met Jereme and Andy (the General Manager) on the day of the pick-up and they are as likable in person as they are over the phone. Jereme is a honest guy that told me "like it is" and didn't sugar coat anything and did everything that he said that he was going to do. Andy is equally honest, a SCCA champion, he truly knows his vehicles and has a passion for Mitsubishi he really offered a lot of good advice. This is a small town dealer where everybody knows everybody so they treat their customers like gold. They seem to treat all customers, even out-of-towners like me the same way!
