Run from this dealer, especially from the used car department Purchased a 2019 f250, it took months to get my spare key that doesn't even work with the truck they sold me, so now I have to buy a new fob get programed and have the key cut to match my truck. I called the used car manager 4 or 5 times trying to get this key fob and also left a voice-mail with the owner. They also sold me a f250 with "C" rated tires that are rated for a 1/2 ton truck, not a 3/4 ton truck. The tires are extremely underrated for this truck. The tire had a max 50psi rating, but they put 65psi in them so the low tire light wouldn't be on. I could have had a tire blow out with underrated tires for a f250 pulling my trailer. I just spent $1500 getting 10ply tires put on. I finally had my sister stop by and get this for me since she lives nearby. Moore motors was supposed to repaint the tailgate, that was part of the deal in writing. They painted it, but color doesn't match and didn't paint the tailgate jams. they're still white not blue like it should be. Your used car department earned this 1 star rating. read more

I just bought a used car from Moore Motors. It was well worth the trip from Rochester Hills to Caro. It was an excellent experience from beginning to end. The entire staff is very friendly, honest, professional and hospitable. They are very straight-forward and don't play games. The car was very well prepared for me, and they even delivered it to Rochester Hills for me on the same day. They also secured better financing for me than I was able to find on my own. Typical high-pressure, 'tell you what you want to hear' car dealer. I thought this only happened in the cities. I have never been misled so much as I have been here. After my 2nd very bad deal (I usually give everyplace a 2nd chance), I began asking around. Seems this is a common practice with Moore Motors. Many people are very unhappy with new and used car purchases from this dealer with 'big city attitude'. read more
