I travel a lot for work and so barely got to sleep on the mattress. When I finally did, the…read moremattress was much firmer than the one that I thought I bought. It was actually causing one of my arms to go numb when I slept on it, which is not what I expected. When I called to exchange it, I was told I was at 160 days past my purchase day and they would only exchange it if it had been within the 120 days. I asked if at least some of the price that I paid for it could be applied towards another mattress and was told there was nothing they could do. They boast about a fine warranty when the mattress is defective, so I suggested that perhaps my mattress was made defectively and should be much softer, as the one in the showroom had seemed much more plush. I was told to sleep on it some more and break it in. Word to the Wise: when the mattress is firmer than you originally expect it to be, you are given the line that you should wait a while and break it in... don't wait. Return it immediately. Mattresses are not insignificant purchases. They would be wise to have offered another option other than a stiff mattress that causes you to lose blood circulation to your arm if you are a side sleeper.

Me while I want some give, I don't want to feel like I am not sleeping on the floor. The last mattress we purchased was a sleep number bed. We had it for 6-7 years and frankly neither of us liked it. My wife said she felt like she was sleeping ona cheap air mattress. After trying out a lot of mattresses we decided to go here. Lots of selection and really great prices. No gimmicks and the return and replace policy seemed realistic and honest. We finally decided on the latex foam, split king mattress. After a few weeks I loved my side (and still do) but my wife wanted something softer. We returned to the store and decided to purchase the Serenity mattress for her. She is very pleased. Two different mattresses side by side but no difference in appearance. One side is not any higher than the other. So yes we got a perfect fit for us! By the way, while at the store we decided not to do the exchange but instead moved her latex foam mattress into our guest bed room. We could easily do that with the price differentials we were seeing from other stores.

I took home 3 sterns & foster mattresses and she gave me free pillows for each bed and I was able to purchase mattress covers and she gave me sheets. The delivered it in under and hour I couldn't be happier with the service I received!!!

I was told to sleep on it for 2 week telling me that it was firmer than I though. After the two weeks I called to let FOX Mattress know it was still saggy and not good for my back. The man I spoke to told me there was nothing they would do to make it right. I told him we will let the court decide that. The next day a woman called me and told me she was the owner and that she was sending me the firm mattress. Now another week has gone by and the firm mattress has not shown up. Never had an issue until my this last mattress. When I took it back to them the manager did not want to fix it for me so he said I was just out of luck . But I decided to reach out and to management again and I old manager was no longer there and Chelsea was unaware of the problem I had and she jumped right in and took care of the problem by reply to me and she did a fantastic job wi speaking to the owner of Fox Mattress and because the had pictures of the issue with the bad mattress. They replaced it with a new mattress I am so grateful because I am on disability and I did know what I was going to do . Springs during 2012 & by 2014 it lumped fm top to bottom. It was the kind that you cannot flip over but only rotate head to toe. We wanted a traditional super firm flipable mattress because I hate the foamy, padded, spongy sinking feeling mattresses. We found the perfect replacement at a terrific price. It's been 6 mo. & it's holding up so well we haven't had to do the monthly flip. The sales person was awesome & informative. He knew exactly what we were looking for...super super firm & it is.
