We'd previously been idea shopping at a competitor and upon arriving at Haverty's, we found the furniture quality to appear much better than what we had been looking at, and the style was much more what we were looking for. Martin met us at the door and gave us a couple of helpful tips then let us go on our way to look at and sit on things. When we found our choice, he was incredibly helpful in talking about all the various options we could go with and made our choice very easy. We left to take measurements at home and he sent us all the information so we could use exact sizes to compare at home. We came back the following day after deciding to make the purchase, and while Martin was off that day, his teammate Chris helped us finalize the purchase and even gave us great advice on other things we were looking to in the future. I have to say - this was absolutely great customer service, zero pressure, and greatly helpful as we look to move into our new place and furnish it. Thanks Haverty's!

I am posting this review to let all customers know to beware of this company. They sell fake…read moremattresses and use reputed brand names to market their fake mattresses. I purchased a Saatva Classic from an associate named Johnny. I used the mattress for a couple weeks and noticed it felt very odd and uncomfortable. I then went to a store and tried the authentic Saatva Classic and it felt completely different from the one he sold. I had someone from Saatva do an inspection on my mattress today and they confirmed that the mattress we bought isn't authentic. I contacted Johnny to let him know that what he sold us was fake. He then apologized and said he would do an exchange for us for another mattress because he can't process any refunds, only exchanges. It was weird to me that he couldn't refund me even after I found out what he sold was fake. He then asked me to drive 45 minutes to his storage to check out mattresses that I can exchange for at no cost difference. I am 9 months pregnant and went to his store with my kid and when we got there , we tried other mattresses, we felt like we had no other choice but to select another mattress. So when we selected another mattress, he then asked us to pay $300 more. He never mentioned once before we drove there that he'd charge us more. He only said come try the mattress and we'll deliver it the same day. I left crying because I faced such a complicated drive during the last 2 weeks of my pregnancy to fix this issue but he was a total scam and a very greedy person. I have sent his company's information to business bureau now to help me get this issue resolved. I don't want any other customer to face this issue like I did therefore posted a review for a full warning. A mattress is something you sleep on for years and decades. Everyone should get the product they pay. Nobody should ever receive fake products. Its just so wrong!!!
