I dropped my car yesterday morning and he couldn't have been more professional not only inspecting the car before we left but explaining the process and exactly what the price would be and what it would cover. Throughout the day the owner kept us informed with texts about the timing and the car was ready exactly when it was expected. The quality of the work was excellent and the owner didn't try to up sell anything which was appreciated. I'm very happy with the job and will be using him again.

I know the car like the back of my hand, do you think I wouldn't know if it was already scratched? I also used to own a detail shop in NY so I know all about detail shops, and when I came out of the car wash there was still snow/salt residue on my car. Terrible customer service and terrible car wash, would not recommend.

Eric and his men were nothing short of extraordinary. I commend them most highly and would…read morerecommend their services without hesitation. They gave attentive ear to my concerns, understood the difficulty of the matter, and devised a proper course of action. Mice had gained access to my F450 Dooley, causing considerable damage and establishing a nest within. I brought the vehicle to no fewer than three establishments for washing and detailing, yet not one could remove the foul odor nor locate the source of the problem. Eric, however, discovered the nest concealed behind the passenger seat, beneath the pocketing. He promptly advised a remedy and undertook the removal and cleansing thereof. I delivered the vehicle to Eric at Everlast for further work, and I extend my thanks to him for the reupholstering of the seat. Upon inquiry, I asked whether he might ionize the truck; he agreed and allowed for a twenty-four hour treatment. He then went further still, electing to shampoo all carpets and dismantle interior fittings, including the center console, and even removing the floor mats in full. Everything was carefully restored to its proper place thereafter, including the seat and all interior components. The work was executed with great care and skill. The offensive odor has been entirely removed, and the truck is now in a condition as though it were newly delivered.

From start to finish- a five star experience!…read more I took my car here for brake rotors/pads all around and a brake flush. Communication beforehand was prompt and thorough. Pricing offered was highly competitive and after seeing other customer's reviews and pictures- it was clear that Otis was a consummate professional. I especially liked seeing that he provided proactive picture/video updates on the work being performed. When I arrived at the shop I met another very friendly customer/friend of Otis. We had a great chat about all things Lexus and admired each other's cars (his car was way nicer to look at!) This is the experience you want at a shop - a great sense of community and opportunity to network. The customer's son arrived shortly after and the convos continued. Otis did a preliminary quick inspection and began the work while I strolled off to get a bite to eat. He kept me posted and noted one anomaly (out of anyone's control-it is a 20 yr old car that I bought last year- who knows what it has seen!) Still, he went out of his way to offer solutions and help get me squared away. The work was meticulously completed really quickly and he was extra patient to walk through things and answer all my questions about future work/maintenance. It is easy to tell he made a business out of a passion and holds himself to high standards with his work and customer service. Will definitely be back!
