TERRIBLE!! AVOID AT ALL COST!! I went in for a wash with my ZL1 camaro. When I entered I ask is my car ok to go in because I have thicker tires and a high wing. The manager said I will be fine and instructed me to enter. Even when I got stuck 3 times he continued to instruct me to go forward. Half way in my car got stuck and I had to drive out. My wing was torn off and destroyed my rims were scratched up and my car still had soap and wax all over it. The manager tried to tell me I was on the break or not in neutral, like I've never been in a car wash before. He claimed the owner would call me to resolve the issue, and it been a week and I haven't heard from them. Terrible business ppl with terrible attitudes. DO NOT GO TO PRESTIGE AUTO WASH. None of their locations. The most laziest, fraud "detailing" centers I've ever seen. Yesterday I went to go get my complimentary quick detail. I got a complimentary detail because when I went months ago, they did such a terrible job that the manager comped me. So yesterday I went back because my car needed to be spruced, and usually I do it myself but I didn't feel like getting sweaty. I am VERY thorough and I like my car very clean. So I go there and I get the "Xpress wax" which is a $55 CAR WASH. They don't wipe our interior They didn't vacuum my trunk (I have a Jeep) They didn't TOUCH. TOUCH the top of the car He didn't think I would check the top of my car. I asked him "did you do the top?" He said no, and had this dumb look on his face because he didn't think I would step in my door to check the top. My car is white. There was tree sap ALL OVER my top. He started wiping it with the towel and said it wouldn't come out. I got my armor all wipes out of my trunk storage and was able to wipe it off. So you know if he didn't wipe the top of my car, he didn't wax it ‍. So there I am, wiping my interior and him working on the top, both of us, CLEANING MY CAR after a $55 "car wash and wax service" They don't do for 55 what you can get somewhere else for $10. read more

I've been to this location before. I don't go often so I never wanted to get their monthly subscriptions. Because I don't go often, when I do go, I get the whole works. A full detail. They always do a pretty good job and I tip very nicely Well today I decided to go ( Columbus Day) and I asked for a platinum wash which is about $25.00 incl tax. It doesn't have all the trimmings, but enough to make my ride look like new and make me feel good. The wash was great, but the clean up and finishing touches crew sucked!!! Before, they usually had some real energetic, hard working young men who got the job done. Now they have a couple of young girls/ladies barely putting any effort into wiping down or cleaning the mirrors and windows. I watched while seated outside to see how well of a job they were doing and I wish that I hadn't left a tip. The vacuum job sucked. They didn't go under the seats. The seats can be moved forward and back but from what I saw, it wasn't moved. I asked them if they had cleaned the insides of both the back and front windshield and they replied YES! Well they actually didn't. They lied, because as I said I was watching them from afar. The couple pieces of garbage that was in the car to be disposed of, were not. They just vacuumed around the trash instead of taking it out. The service sucked and the workers sucked even more. It seemed that they may have either changed hands or just fired and hired new people. I don't think the women are doing such a great job and I think I'll take my car someplace else. Just not to another Prestige Auto. They are overpriced & overrated and for the service I got today I'm glad I didn't choose anything else. Find someplace to take your expensive cars. Not worth it. DONT GO TO THIS CAR WASH OR THEIR OTHER THREE WASHES. YOUR CAR WILL GET BAD SCRATCHES. I have been going to this car wash for about 10 years and use their month plan since it first started. I have a 2018 Escalade and 2016 GL 450 Benz. Last Thursday I went there and when I got home I saw a mark on the drivers side of the hood. I went back on Monday and showed the manager he said impossible. I didn't argue just buffed it out best I could. I went there today when I came out I now have scratches on the drivers side door right below the door handle. These scratches Are short persice and parallel as if a spinning machine dug deep into the paint. The supervisor said wait till she looks at the camera when she returned 20 minutes later she had a smirk on her face and said it didn't happen here. As if I'm looking for a pay off. I insisted the owner call me and no one has even attempted to call with at least a courtesy call. I cancelled my monthly plan for both my expensive cars. **for their 323 Rahway Ave location** Cost: about $112. The good: location is easy to get to. The bad: employees don't listen, are lazy and customer service is deplorable. The Ugly: according to mgmt, it's common for drivers to leave with wet interiors after a full detail. They will promise to do things like: no touch your stuff or put on seat covers. Instead of doing these things, they will stuff all of your stuff into a cheap plastic garbage bags, then throw everything into your trunk. The story: I paid for a full interior/exterior detail at 1pm Friday (and it wasn't busy). At 6pm Friday, the interior was still soaked (think little kids playing in the hose on a hot summer day- soaked). It was so we, that the driver seat was still damp on Sunday Morning. The mildew smell is nasty! All of my stuff had been removed and put into a cheap trash bag, even though I clearly stated multiple times to leave it alone. All stuffed into my trunk. There were white stains all over the exterior, no air freshener, dashboard near the steering wheel was still dirty, and the windows were smeared and streaked. Sn: the whole reason I chose this place is that the manager said they could put on my seat covers- which they never did (and they lost the metal clasps for the backseat cover). There was also damage to my trunk, but they swear they didn't cause it. *side eye* When I tried to resolve it same day with the manager, he was rude, left the premise for 2 hours (until closing), then refused to do anything. He literally turned the lights off around my soror and i. Since then, I have spoken to Pablo to resolve. All he offers is to redo the interior- where I will drive off again with wet seats. I've always had my oil changes done here and they're super competitive with pricing and the service is always great. I just recently had the inside detailed for $50 (to be complete in 30 mins), not expecting much but I wasn't prepared to spend $200 at other boutique detailers. I was extremely impressed with the quality of service. They definitely spent more that 30 minutes on it and it looks and smells clean. Worth every penny and then some. Im very disappointed with the way they care for the cars. even though my car was cleaned, I received my car back with the right rear window no Longer operating and scratches on driver rear door. I'm really upset. I asked for seats cleaned and carpet with a wash I was told 120.00$ but once I left the car 40 min later I was told price is 180.00 I would have stuck with the 120 budget that's it. I really really wish I could give them 0 stars ! I've been going to this place for years and they've always washed my car and DETAILED it very nicely , usually w. no complaints . But they've changed management and now they're a load of crap ! I went to get my car detailed because the inside of the car had a bunch of dog hair . I've always gotten my car done by them and they've done a beautiful job at getting the dog hair out , spotless ! This time they took 20 mins and then called and told me my car was ready . Huh ? It usually takes like a hour and 15 mins for my car to be finished . So naturally I was prepared to wait . So I go to pick up my car. . . And there is still dog hair EVERYWHERE ! I asked one of the cleaners "who did my car?" he responds with "I don't know" , I asked another one and he points to the manager. The manager walks over and I ask him who did my car because it's not clean and he says "both of them" . Well somebody needs to get over here and clean the car correctly . There's still dog hair everywhere , there's stains on my dashboard and there's this oil that they slapped all over my car so everywhere you touch your hands get greasy . What the fuck ! Mind you guys , I paid $60 for this shitty job . The managers attitude is very blasé and he says "well I'm going to have to charge you more" I don't think so ! I showed him the grease stains and he shrugs his shoulders and says he needed more time on the car . I told him before I left "next time there is a problem you need to communicate that to your customers" and he shrugs his shoulders and walks away . Full service car wash is $12.95+tax. Came here expecting a hand car wash place but it's not. This is your typical automatic car wash spot. It didn't really clean all the bird poop off the car, car was still wet and visible water marks along the front windshield afterwards. The guy wiping the car down was also on his cell phone while working. This'll do the work for those quick washes but not recommended if you're particular about how your car is cleaned. I just had an oil change and free wash done. My car was pulled from the car wash and my side view mirror was hanging off. The manager claims it was broken before without even doing any research (cameras, asking employees, etc). I am taking legal action. This is my second bad experience. This car wash place was good when it first came to hillside ! The workers were friendly and cleaned the car good ! I know it takes a lot to run a good business and good workers are sometimes hard to find ! But if we are paying monthly we should not have to get talked to any kind of way by management! The customer is always right !!!! When is it appropriate to tell a customer to go somewhere else just because you called the person over to see that the car wasn't wiped out and the back seat was still wet ! Had to ask for my tires to get sprayed ! I left out the fact I had to make my own way out of the parking lot because of the disrespectful lady who works outside I assume as a manager !!! The ladies that works at the register are not friendly. Would give customers attitudes. The guys that vacuum the carpets are thieves, notice my belongings were missing when I got home. The guys that cleans the inside of the car are also thieves, caught a guy searching in my compartments looking for change instead of really cleaning.
