Normally don't write reviews but I had to for this. Scott is a true professional and his service proves it. He took his time and cleaned my car as if it was his own and it looked like it was just bought at the dealership! I will definitely call him next time I need to get my car cleaned/detailed. read more

Without a doubt, some of the finest service and quality work I've ever received. Scott made my 9-year-old SUV look brand new. Showcase should be your first call for auto detailing. read more

Just used Showcase for the first time on a car we will be selling. We have a dalmation who rides in the vehicle often and these guys did a great job of eliminating whatever hair was left in the vehicle. The car looks great, I can't recommend them more and I will definitely use them in the future. It really is fantastic when a business does what it says it is going to do! read more

Thank you Scott for looking after my Benz, my baby! You made is super convenient for me, coming to my house and picking up my car then bringing it back. You are so professional and you did an amazing job. read more

Awesome work! I had an awful smell and dog hair covered the seats of my jeep. Scott and his crew were able to get the dog hair out along with the smell! I have had bad experiences other places so I was a little worried they wouldn't be able to get the job done. They blew it out of the water! Would definitely recommend them to others and WILL continue to use them! read more

I contacted Scott and scheduled everything through Yelp messages. Richard and Adam showed up to my house right on time. They took my car to a more shady spot and got to work. Within 2 hours they were finished. They went over everything they cleaned (interior and exterior). I was very happy. My car looks so much better now! read more

These guys are great and did a wonderful job with my SUV. I appreciate their attention to detail. I have used too many detailers in the past that just do a mediocre job, but this company (Scott) excels! I felt compelled enough to write this review, THANKS! read more

I think this may be the first review I've ever written because it's difficult to get "5 stars" with me. I expect a professional, job well done when I pay for something so that warrants 4 stars. To get 5 stars is to be exceptional and really impress me. Well, Showcase Mobile Detailing did. This was our first time using a mobile detailing service and we are beyond satisfied! My Honda Accord was detailed better than we've had done at dealerships (better wax job) and in less time with less expense. I especially appreciated Scott asking me beforehand if there was anything I didn't like or want done, such as fragrance, shiny Armorall, etc. After mentioning these, he said he doesn't do either anyway, but I appreciated the consideration. The icing on the top was Scott's and his associate's cheery yet professional demeanors. What a pleasure. You can't ask for more! read more

No only great attention to the detailing of my car but outstanding attention to detail when it comes to customer service. Scott and his staff went above & beyond to make sure I was 100% happy. There was a small incident with my gym bag getting wet during the detailing. Scott called & even offered to have everything sent to be cleaned. Totally not necessary but very much appreciated the offer. Most important, car looks fantastic. read more

Great service, they came to our house to detail our brand new Beetle. From inside to outside, spent almost two hours to get the car in great shape. Very nice people! Must hire them again! read more

Guys came out on time, discussed price, and completed a Star II detail in 2 hours. Both guys were extremely professional, and they really got my vehicle looking like it just rolled out of the showroom. read more

So I hired this company Tuesday to come out to my home because I have many children and work full time and do not have the opportunity to drop my vehicle off somewhere for many hours to get it detailed so I decided to save the money and try a mobile detailing service for the first time. I was a little worried having no experience hiring one before but reading the reviews on yelp decided to take a leap of faith that the money would be well spent. I am extremely disappointed in my personal experience with this company. Through yelp messaging a price was decided on at $150 for interior detailing because of my car and location. When the two guys showed up one was extremely friendly and outgoing which I appreciated. I pointed out to him a few spots between my back seat and on the roof of my car, have no idea how that got there but kids you can never be sure. I was told prior to arrival the detail would take 1.5 hours total. While talking to the guy in person I was informed it literally only covered the inside and did no exterior wash. I have a groupon through Cobblestone for exterior washes but because I was getting my detailed I thought they did a quick wash as a standard part of detailing but I was mistaken. The guy stated " he would take care of me" no price was discussed at all and honestly thought that statement meant a free quick exterior wash would be thrown in. I went back inside and 2 minutes to 1.5 hours they knocked to say they were done. Half asleep I came outside because I work graveyards and was napping while they were outside cleaning my car, I looked it over quick because honestly I was exhausted and had gotten off at 7 am that morning. I was then told by the guy that the exterior wash was $50 after he had washed the car. I'm sorry but $50 buck for an exterior wash sounds crazy to me and especially when I had to have them wipe down door jams and obvious spots that were still dirty before leaving . Upset that a price so steep wasn't discussed prior to completing extra service and okay wash at that, I paid the guy and they left. Once they left I sat in my car and really took a look because I'm sorry but when someone is standing right next to you as your trying to look it over its uncomfortable and you feel pressure to pay them so they can get on with their day, I started to notice more spots that were not cleaned well or at all. I was told that the spots on the roof would not come out and if they kept cleaning them it could cause damage to the roof of my car, not knowing any better I was like " okay". After they left I went upstairs and grabbed my bissel pretreater spray and got all the spots but one off my roof. Then I noticed while cleaning that in the back seat the interior back window only one side and my side window had spots all over it too. There were spots near my gear shifter that weren't ever wiped at all or my cup holders. The front bumper had crap still stuck to it and my headlights had crud towards the bottom too that was not scrubbed off. All of my wheels had black spots I had to wipe off. How do you spend $50 on a car wash and still have to wipe stuff down yourself? If my interior service only was promised to be 1.5 hours, how was that and my $50 car wash both completed within 1.5 hours. I was cheated time on the interior detail I paid money for. I feel extremely taken advantage of and very disappointed in what I paid $200 for. Yes they did clean my vehicle and that's why I gave 3 stars but services rendered was NOT worth $200 and especially my $50 car wash was VERY disappointing. read more

I happen to see Scotts clean trailer set up driving down the street and was impressed by it so I wrote down his number. I called him to detail my husbands old, dirty, camping truck. This 01 Dodge truck had deep Arizona pin striping and dust in EVERY crack and crevasse. He was super flexible to meet my scheduling needs and then even showed up on time! He did an amazing job on the Dodge. Above what I thought would be possible. We ended up having him detail our Titan and as a gift to my father, had him detail his truck as well. My dad was picky about using a buffer on his paint job. Scott talked to him at length and fully explained how safe it was. Scott was completely willing to do it by hand but my dad gave in and was VERY pleased with the outcome. I would recommend Scott and will continue to use his detail services. THANKS SCOTT! read more

Scott and his crew has cleaned my car twice now. I highly recommend him!! They take care of their customers. Wally makes sure that everything is perfect in my car and leaves nothing behind. I love the fact that they come to you with no hassle. They take pride in what they do and treat it as if it were their own property. Thank you guys!!! Sherry A. read more

Wow... Scott is the man to call if you need your vehicle detailed! My truck looks brand new.... well maybe even better than new! He was able to detail my vehicle the same day and himself and his service are professional times 10!! Scott did an awesome job on my BMW. I had it detailed at the dealership last year while it was in for service and they did a very poor job. Thanks to Scott my 3 year old car looks brand new inside and outside. read more

I used this company once so far and they not only showed up early and were really professional, but did an excellent job. I am using them again later this month and will tell people who need a mobile detailer to go to Showcase (or in this case, let them come to them!) read more

As a gift to myself, I splurged on getting my 12-year old, 117K -mile car detailed. Boy was it an awesome gift! It's like my car is totally new and I feel like a queen driving it. The entire process was set up on-line... it was never even necessary to place a single phone call, so easy!! Thank you Scott! read more

Showcase just did both of our cars and they look better than the day we took delivery. Really impressive work and we will definitely be using them again and again. Thanks a lot Scott! read more

These guys are terrific!!!! I was going to sell my BMW and scheduled the Star II. They were prompt, professional, friendly and efficient. After they left I took pictures of the car and posted it on craigslist. The car sold to the first one who came which was in an hour of the post. I am certain that my car sold so quickly due to the fact that it was immaculate inside & out...including the engine. Whether you're selling your car or just want that new car look call these guys!!!! My car was 11 years old and it looked brand new when they were finished and I never left my house. read more

Gravely needed a detail before the new baby came, and searched everywhere trying to make myself comfortable with my selection. Thankfully, I don't have to ever worry about searching the valley for an auto detailer again. Scott Drummond at Showcase was perfect! Showed up early for our appointment, brought a great assistant with him, discussed all of my needs prior to starting, and left me with a car that looks as good as it ever has. Both guys were awesome to have. Trustworthy, up front, and a breeze to deal with. Already booking the wife's car. Thanks Scott! read more

Wow, was this a great decision. Called Scott on a Tuesday and had an appointment the next day. His team showed up 10 minutes early and went over every detail of what they were about to do. They take a lot of pride in their work and my car reaps the benefit. It now looks like I'm taking it off the showroom floor and driving it for the first time. Every detail was cared for including the engine. Was very pleased with the outcome. Thanks Showcase! read more

WOW- my 2008 Yukon looks NEW! Super nice guys and worked their butts off. After years of my kids spilling sodas and happy meals on the seats and carpet- I can't believe this truck actually comes clean. So much better than leaving it at a local car wash company. - these guys really did a terrific job! Thanks a million! read more

UPDATE. Scott contacted me and was more then happy to come out and fix the problem areas and was very polite and kind in doing so. I did not feel pressured or even made to feel like I was a pain to have him come out again. The areas were fixed to my liking and the whole process was smooth and professional. Thank you Scott for making this a pleasant experience. I recommend Showcase for your car detailing services. read more

Showcase Mobile Detailing Solutions, LLC is a company driven by passion. I spoke with Scott Tuesday afternoon and he was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Richard and John arrived promptly at 1p and spent two hours detailing my vehicle. The results were astonishing! They buffed out several deep scratches on my passenger side door. They also detailed the engine and waxed the exterior before detailing the interior. They even took the time to scrub all of the dirt off my oversized tires. Richard and John, thank you! I highly recommend this company, as the results speak for themselves. The customer service was unrivaled by any gas station that offers detailing services. I will be using Showcase for all of my vehicle detailing needs. Outstanding service and results! read more

I found this company from Yelp. The guys that came to my house to detail my car removed the old touch up paint that left a big and visible dark chip in my car. I wasn't happy. I called Scott and he immediately took care of the problem. He bought a touch up paint that matches my car and applied it on every chip in the car. It came out looking nice! Scott cares about customer service and his clients. He went far and beyond an average company would do. I'm glad we went with him. read more

Scheduling my appointment with Scott was very professional, Scott contacted me regarding an appointment change which actually worked out better for me. Aaron & Anthony showed up right on time, looked over my Yukon XL, they listened to what I wanted done, they explained the products they were going to use & the process involved to detail my car. Upon completion there were a few areas of slight concern, they touched up these areas with a smile. They were definitely the "A" team! There were no surprises in the cost of my detail as Scott had taken the time to go over what I was looking to accomplish when he scheduled my appointment. Thanks guys! (This is the 1st review that I have written). read more

I was very impressed I was with the level of service I received. They were on time, professional, communicated all expectations well, and did an amazing job on my car. It looks nearly new! I get my car detailed once a year, and have never had this level of excellent service. It usually takes weeks to get a call back or an appointment scheduled, they usually arrive late, and the interior looks cleaner, but not nearly as great as you guys did. You got out stains that the previous people could not get out! From start to finish, these guys were on point! I will be a return customer and will give out your name to anyone I know. Thanks! read more

I bought a used car that was in need of detailing. It came with a musty odor some older cars can get. The job done on the car was very good, and they were able to freshen up and eliminate the odor, even when the car sits in the sun. The two men that worked on my car were both exceedingly polite and wanted to make sure I was happy with their work. They came to me, which saved me from dropping the car off and trying to get a ride back. It's a huge benefit. The owner was very professional, but I always got the sense that he was almost too busy to speak with. Busy is good, it just made me nervous that my car wasn't going to get the personalized attention it needed. That wasn't the case, the car came out well, especially the interior, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company or use them again! read more

I have never been one to get my car professionally clean, I thought the quick and cheap was the best route. I recently bought a new car last year and wanted to make sure my purchase stayed in tip top shape. Just like anything you spend really good money on. I had been looking all over the valley for someone to take care of my new baby Prius. I had originally asked my dealership but they informed me that they didn't offer a service. I didn't want to trust anyone with my vehicle and like the avid YELPER I am I dug through reviews and stumbled greatly upon Showcase Mobile Detailing Solutions. I first thought they had their own shop but when I called Scott and he told me they come to you (hence the MOBILE in their name) I was a little shocked and happy in the same way. I had never had anyone come to my home to wash my car, yet it was nice because I am a very busy person and I never have time to go or do anything. Scott the President was very nice and personable, he was out of town when I originally emailed him but he still called me to let me know he received my email and would get back to me a.s.a.p. I respected that and that meant a lot to me besides me guessing and wondering if anyone got my request. Scott and his crew came and cleaned and detailed my car in record time and definitely made my baby sparkle again like she just came off the lot. I definitely don't think I will be doing the quick roll through to Danny's Car Wash anymore, though it's a little bit more money I rather pay that and be worry free. Versus spending 20 minutes at Danny's pointing out the things they miss and later having to go back cleaning spots they missed at home. I appreciate Scott's work, he is very detailed and humble. Thanks Scott! I will be calling you in about a month. read more
