They show up on time as promised and they are fast and efficient, l have a lot of respect for their meticulous mowing around the gardens here. I don't have fancy gardens but they keep my messes looking orderly. They have trimmed oriental grass in the past and some juniper bushes this fall. They work in the fenced in yard, they trim the weeds, and they clear the driveway and sidewalk of clippings here. Bill does a great job of communicating; when he responds to questions, he manages to both listen and explain details. I doubt you could find a more professional operation than Buse Property Maintenance.

I pulled into the next street and noticed my windshield was cracked and a ding on the exterior roof by my windshield. I went back and spoke to the guy who was weed whacking and he said I would need to speak to his boss Troy. I called the business and couldn't believe the way Troy, the owner spoke to me just for suggesting his employee had caused the issue. I was screamed at and insulted. I've never had that kind of reaction talking to the owner of a business in this way. I was not trying to give him a hard time but this guy went off!!! I see the reviews and completely see that this guy has serious issues!! he offered no compensation as even said it wasn't possible for a weed wacker to throw a rock hard enough to crack a windshield! is he serious!!! long story short, stay clear of Troy and his "business" this guy is crazy!!!

On more than one occasion I have first HAND seen how awful he treats restaurant workers. If he was a female he would be a full on Karen. On my last visit not only did he belittle the poor young women taking his order. He also thought it would be a great idea to "mansplain" several things to this women. If you're going to be a jerk to other people in public, don't double park your oversized work truck in the parking lot. (You know? The one that has your business name plastered all over it?) In addition next time don't wear a t-shirt with your business name to a place where you plan on making a scene in front of the entire restaurant. If you don't know how to act in public then maybe you shouldn't be the face of your own business. I would hate to see how he treats other strangers. I refuse to support a business owner who doesn't know that other people are human and have feelings too. It's disgusting.

I can just imagine how he communicates with customers after they get the job! Very poor service! would not recommend.
