Supposedly there was an issue obtaining the necessary part to complete the job, however this was not well communicated and weeks passed by with poor communication and no fix in spite of us indicating the time-sensitive nature we were under. At first we were told the part would take about a week to arrive, which turned into what to us seemed like a part never being ordered or even found. Alex then stopped responding to all attempts for communication including emails, text messages, and phone calls. If this was not a job he could undertake we would have rather known that on the front end versus be strung along and ultimately not get the fix that was needed, which now has put us in a further bind. Here we sit over 4 weeks later. We would urge others to use extreme caution if you choose to use his services, in the end you'll be out $300 or more with not much to show for it.

The parts of the lawn that were very overgrown were pretty evenly mowed and the rest of the lawn was just right. I did not expect them to be able to come the day I accepted the contract but they did. (We were happy they could.) I called them Monday and described the property to Sean and he gave us a quote for a one time mow. I told him that part of our lawn was very over grown (3 feet tall in places). Tuesday, I updated the description on his web site and he adjusted the quote. We spoke Tuesday morning to ensure that our description was clear. We accepted the bid then he explained his crew was going to be in our area so he suggested that we pay by credit card (we do not use Venmo) we did and paid the quoted amount (included tax), tip and credit card processing fee. His crew showed up around 2:00 PM. They asked my neighbor if they could park in his driveway. My neighbor said yes and gave them further input about our lawn. My neighbor said they were polite, friendly and professional. I would use them again if I could not mow the lawn for some reason. The prices seemed reasonable for the service provided.

Extremely disappointed in my services from Rycoe. I reached out to them about landscaping and Ryan came out to take a look at what needed to be done so he could give us a quote. I was very specific about what I needed done and it was listed in a breakdown on the invoice perfectly. It took a while for the guys to come out, but I waited patiently anticipating the final product. The end result came out great until weeds started popping up everywhere. My husband kicked the mulch and we both realized landscape paper was never placed under the mulch like it was talked about AND I PAID FOR. I reached out to Ryan in hopes this would get fixed, and he did respond to me stating that he would look into it and get back to me. It has been 8 months with no communication at all. I wanted to give this company the benefit of the doubt, but it feels like I got scammed. I had even originally asked if they could just use the landscape paper that I had bought since I already had it and I was told no. Rob was working with his wonderful ground crew and they dropped everything safely and were so careful about damaging any surrounding bushes. His price was the best I had, and he came in right on the bid, which was super great since he did more than we had contracted for. His equipment was top of the line all new and clean and he is fully insured, unlike many of the companies that gave me a similar bid. I would use him for any job, large or small.
