The response took awhile to receive. I think they do good work and are extremely knowledgeable within their industry. If the communication was more timely, they would be 5 stars for sure. Extremely disappointed in my services from Rycoe. I reached out to them about landscaping and Ryan came out to take a look at what needed to be done so he could give us a quote. I was very specific about what I needed done and it was listed in a breakdown on the invoice perfectly. It took a while for the guys to come out, but I waited patiently anticipating the final product. The end result came out great until weeds started popping up everywhere. My husband kicked the mulch and we both realized landscape paper was never placed under the mulch like it was talked about AND I PAID FOR. I reached out to Ryan in hopes this would get fixed, and he did respond to me stating that he would look into it and get back to me. It has been 8 months with no communication at all. I wanted to give this company the benefit of the doubt, but it feels like I got scammed. I had even originally asked if they could just use the landscape paper that I had bought since I already had it and I was told no.
